She was shy and couldn't answer my questions. Then there was someone drilling and removing floor tile and I had to step over his stuff to look at displays in the refrigerator. I ordered flowers through FTD that were delivered by Flowers by Elena. The flowers did not come on Valentine’s Day by 5pm to my wife’s business as it stated. I called FTD and they agreed to upgrade the flower arrangement to a better arrangement and deliver them to my home address next day. The flowers were delivered to her business not our home and were not upgraded. I then received voice messages stating it was not their fault and to straighten it out with FTD. I will not do business with Flowers by Elena or FTD again. I called a few days before to ensure my wife had a special Valentine’s Day and it was screwed up several times.

Luckily, my phone number was included on the card and my friend's mother called me. She was confused who sent it because there was no signature! This unprofessional. My advice is to get people who know how to proofread because this is a very important part of your business. Your business will not survive if you cannot read/write, or in this case- copy/paste correctly. Get it together.
