I want to tell everyone about my absolutely egregious experience here. I wish I was joking or that what happened was unusual. First of all, I called on Thursday to place an order for flowers, I indicated that I would come pick up my order Monday morning. When I got there on Monday, as in this morning, they had no recollection of my order. Not a big deal. However the florist, Ami started screaming in my face, like it was my fault that the store did not have my order. Then he started moving closer to me as if he were going to hit me. I started recording this incident, because he was still screaming at me. Then his wife moved in-between us and she apologized for his behavior. I told her I was all set if the flowers were not already made. She indicated to me that I should just get the flowers from them because I was already in the store. She picks up flowers made in the case and told me they were $100 flowers but they would "give" them to me for $75. The husband / florist then gave me an extra bouquet to apologize for yelling at me. The wife then proceeded to tell me that her husband was "messed up" and that "it had been a long night." Then she walked me out to my car with the two vases. I told her that their behavior was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. She then told me how her husband was "abusive." As I was getting into my car, she pushed me in and slammed my door shut. She told me to never order from them again. The wife reminded me that I was getting $150 dollars worth of flowers, as if I were not "paying" for them. She was doing me a favor. When she gave my credit card back, she ended up charging me $85.It is never okay to verbally and physical abuse someone. You cannot throw in some extra flowers to assuage your guilt that you treated me like I was not even a person.

I got two bouquets the day before Mother's Day in a matter of 15 minutes. My wife loved the bouquet, and they delivered the second to Norwood. I overheard them ask if they deliver to Norwood, and while I was the only one asking to deliver that far out, they didn't turn me away. Killer service, and quick, on what must be the busiest day of their year.

I stopped in, to hand pick an arrangement. I dealt with a gentleman, who was extremely helpful, and could not have been any more friendly. They had a great selection, and superior quality. In the future, I will never buy flowers from anywhere but here.

I must say none of these horror stories regarding staff interactions and customer service surprise me. I have been hearing similar stories for years. I know at one time, many years ago Ami offered great product and service. This is not the case now. Quality and availability have gone down. But the chaos in the store along with the rude interaction I can tell you I will never use them to purchase and based on what I have been told i hope that noone buys me flowers from there again. They were pretty buy I can get pretty anywhere. NO MORE FOR ME AND MINE

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Very reasonably priced and the flowers are in perfect condition! I ordered 2 bouquets to be delivered for Professional Admins Day and they were above and beyond what we expected. Will definitely order from Flowers by Ami again!

Horrible customer service. I've bought flowers from this shop more than a few times in the past. Although my experience with the employees have been less than average, today's experience definitely takes the cake. Let me first say that I know nothing about flowers. I just come in here to get flowers for my wife, just as I would any other shop. I expect any decent flower shop will have beautiful flowers on display. So their range of flowers does not differentiate them from any other flower shop. I called this afternoon to order flowers to be sent to my wife today being our wedding anniversary. The person on the other end was so rude and impatient. During the course of the call I mentioned to her that she may have to call the recipient upon delivery. Her response was (in a sacarstic tone) something like she doesn't have a phone so she'll have to see what to do about it. She then proceeded to ask for the cellphone number to call. As I was giving it to her she started literally screaming rudely at me for whatever reason. I asked her why she was screaming at me and her nonchalant response was that the shop was noisy so she has to scream. I didn't buy that. Well long story short , I proceeded to tell her I was cancelling the order and will not patronize them any longer. I'm glad I did because I went ahead and called another flower shop (Stoughton Flowers) that I've ignored in the past just because I was used to going to flowers by ami. Who knew? I spoke to a very pleasant lady who was happy to have my patronage and actually went the extra mile to ensure the flowers where delivered today! Best of all, my wife says the flowers from Stoughton Flowers are the best she's ever received. I guess I've now found my ideal place for flowers, and it's in my neighborhood too!
