I wish I could post a photo here for comparison. I paid almost $100 for a beautiful arrangement I saw online. It arrived with a ton of greenery and leaves but only 4 roses. I did not pay all that money for a handful of spinach. I will never get flowers from here again.
I went to Albert's as a first time customer Wednesday November 21. , to buy bouquet of flowers for my grandsons teacher. It's an amazingly beautiful store, large Inventory. Gorgeous fresh flowers, With the best customer service ever. Highly recommended

I’ve had some great experiences, but this most recent experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I placed the order on their website, not another flower website, to ensure I would get my mother flowers from this particular florist. As it turns out, they didn’t actually have the pitcher vase pictured. They called to let me know that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill the order and would pass to another florist. I asked if they could do earlier in the week and there was no flexibility. They offered and checked for Saturday and then said that they were not available. I specifically placed the order for a weekday so that it would not interfere with the local Mother’s Day orders. They did not care and offered no solution other than passing the order to another florist. I paid twice as much as I would have with other online flower websites. I ended up canceling the order. This was poor expectation setting and poor customer service. I’m very disappointed.

I ordered one of Albert's Celebration Trees via Teleflora online on Thursday, December 17, as a gift for my mother for Christmas. Two days later I received a call from them which I didn't answer because I was asleep, and for some reason my phone isn't saving my voicemail messages. But I knew that they had called because I saw their number on my phone. So I called them back the same day. Fine. The sales person who answered the phone knew nothing about diplomacy whatsoever. I was told by him that the reason they had called was because they didn't have the gold "vase" (bowl) that the arrangement is supposed to come in and that the arrangement would come in a "plastic container." He said that they were calling me to, and I quote, "head off a complaint." This is what you say to a customer? We're calling because we don't want you coming back to us complaining? How about, "We're sorry, but we don't carry the gold bowl that Teleflora shows in its photo of the arrangement. Would a plastic container be okay?" I asked if an adjustment to the charge could be made, and he said with no hesitation whatsoever, "No." He then asked me for the cost of the arrangement. I asked, "For the arrangement itself only?" and he said yes. I told him the price, which was listed on the confirmation email, for the arrangement *only,* which was $87.95. I also ordered two mylar balloons, which cost $9.99 for the pair. Adding in a wire fee of $5.00, a delivery fee of $10.00, and $6.12 tax, the grand total came to $119.06. As I was telling him the price for the arrangement, I could hear a woman in the background yelling a different price, one hundred something. I assumed she was giving him the grand total amount of $119.06. I told him that I had the confirmation email right in front of me and that the price of the arrangement was $87.95. He said, "Yah, whatever number you want to throw at me," or something very similar to those words. I was apalled. I then insisted that the price of the arrangement was listed as $87.95. He responded, "Are you trying to start an argument with me?" to which I replied, "No, I think *you're* the one who wants to start an argument." As I was still speaking, he cut me off and said, "Do you want to cancel the arrangement?" I said, "Yes, cancel the order," and hung up. Five minutes or so later, I called back and a man who sounded like he could have been the rude customer service person I had spoken with earlier, answered the phone. Plus, how many men work in a florist shop? (Not that there's anything wrong with it.) I called him a seven-letter curse word and hung up. Never again. A bad experience with a person who obviously can't handle the stress of the holidays. (Originally written 12/20/2015)
Nice man. I had a project I was working on I needed some answers I called two other florist they should be boycotted and shut down Wood Brothers and the flower mill. The waste of life employees at those two previous companies should immediately quit their jobs and not be part of a productive economy on the other hand the gentleman at Flowers by Albert took time, was nice, was not condescending provided the information I needed and he finished the call with a God bless you. The two people identified themselves as owners at the previous two places they are both ladies or females to be more exact as there was nothing lady like about them. I'm glad to have found Flowers by Albert and to have discovered bad business women that I will forever tell everyone to never do business with.
Finally a good person answers the phone at one of these flower shops in Lowell I just spoke to this guy gave me some answers as opposed to the women at the other places. "Florist in Lowell" "Flowers by Albert" were the answers that I got from this nice gentleman the other ladies had no time they were rude and we're shutting them down this company the public should do business with and even threw in a God bless good luck my friend five star
Was skeptical buying flowers online but very glad I did. My mother loved her flowers that I sent her and judging by the picture she sent me i can understand why. Definitely recommend buying flowers from here!!

My family has been doing bussiness here forever. Recently we lost the most valuable person in our family, grandma. Upon entering with my aunt we were greeted with warmth and compassion. The owner even came over and gave my aunt and I a rose. This beautiful act of kindness really touch us. But this is how this bussiness operate. With love, beauty and compassion. Thank you for making a difficult time easier.
My family (4 generations of us) have been using Albert's for decades for all our family events (Weddings, showers, proms, funerals, etc.) and this is the best florist in the greater Lowell area, hands-down! They have the best quality arrangements around for all occasions. They are reliable, talented, and worth every penny.
Excellent customer service! I wanted to send anniversary flowers to my parents. Since I live out of the country, I was a bit worried about placing the order and everything running smoothly/arriving on time so I called the shop just to confirm that everything was received and to ask about time of delivery. When I called, the man was incredibly polite and informative. He even made sure to take my email address for any further contact or inquiries while we waited for the order to process and show up in the system. The actual flowers upon arrival were gorgeous and they were the perfect special surprise to the recipients. Thank you for your service!
