Just got flowers delivered today and they look nothing like the picture on the website. Some flowers are dead and others not blooming. Do not recommend ever! What a waste of $70!!!!

Bad delivery. No doorbell ring. No phone call. On stoop with no water. Arrangement bland. Nothing like what my niece normally sends. I am new to Lowell, so will advise not to use your service in future.

I had flowers delivered to work from my boyfriend. He got me a red rose/carnation mixture that was gorgeous. Very full, lively, and smelled amazing. This has been my favorite set he has sent me thus far.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would! STEER CLEAR from Finally Flowers!! I ordered a sympathy arrangement for a family member's funeral through Finally Flowers and they managed to make a heartbroken situation even worse! Finally Flowers delivered the arrangement to SOMEONE ELSE'S Funeral!! It didn't stop there, they REFUSED to refund me the full cost. They offered a discount on my next purchase (yea, like I'm ever going to use them again), offered to send another arrangement to the family home or offered only a 50% refund even though they admitted they screwed up! They are horrible business owners that do not deliver on their products and services. Disgraceful!!

I spent a lot of money on an order and it did not look close to anything on the picture. I called in to speak to a manager and they were no help at all!! If anything they should get sue for false advertisement!!! Did not get what I paid for

Btw, just noticed, the "candy dish" has a silver lining but you can see large spots of brown where it's all peeled off inside. Looks like they found it on the side of the road! And thru some dead flowers in it. Maybe the whole thing was a left over from something else. My mom is burying her husband (my dad) of 64 years and she comes home to a dead arrangement. I wondered if it was a cruel joke!

I emailed Finally Flowers 2 MONTHS ago, and they still have not replied to my complaint about my order. So all I can think to do is steer others away from this place. Back in February, I had trouble with the website ordering flowers. I tried online for multiple times each day because I was in another country and wanted to surprise my mom with flowers for her birthday. I eventually gave up and had my sister call to order them since it would cost me a fortune to call out of the country. They had to make the arrangement 3 seperate times for "better" flowers. I wish I could attach photos so you could all see just how bad they were. I ordered a simple arrangement of purple tulips. And what my mother got- again on their third attempt- was drooped tulips hanging over the edge of the vase. Mind you, my mother got better flowers from her coworker who bought them for far cheaper at a grocery store... I’m incredibly disappointed for the amount I paid and the trouble I went through to get this order placed. Never mind the trouble my sister went through going back and forth to the store three times in bad weather(snow) to get these. I have ordered from here in the past for Mother’s Day and the arrangement was beautiful, but this gift for my mother's birthday was certainly not worth the $60.00 I spent.

Worst customer service EVER. They tried to deliver flowers while we are at the funeral, instead of calling to make sure someone was here. (Driver left an almost unintelligible message). No follow-up call Monday to communicate delivery. Had to call them (twice) to find out where the flowers are. It's four days later and flowers are STILL not here - one town away. NEVER order from this place ! Seriously unprofessional.

Terrible. Used 1800flowers and this shop showed up at 6 p.m. on Valentine's day. Didn't have a box. Didn't have my valentines day balloon I paid for. Didn't have plant food. Didn't have my typed out card presented properly. Flowers were barely bloomed at all. My girl was already home with me so I looked like an idiot. That's what $120 gets you.
