I just moved to the area and found Fern to be the best garden in the city. The shop is full of exotic flowers and plants from all over the world. The ladies in the shop are always welcoming and love my little dog. I come here once a week to get flowers for my place and smell the roses so to speak. They are also really good about ordering any plants or flowers that you want so if you are looking for anything specific I would check them out.

About a week ago I came flying in there, 2 minutes before closing time, in want of a bouquet but strapped for cash. Gracie and Belle, the clerks on staff, were accommodating, professional, but most importantly friendly and really listened. I told them how much I could pay, they whipped one up, and stayed after closing to make sure I was taken care of. This kindness is going to have me coming by the next time I want flowers for sure.

I don't normally leave reviews unless a place leaves a lasting impression on me. This was one of those places. I went in on a whim for an anniversary bouquet. The staff was friendly and genuinely interested in what they do there. Given only a budget and some loose color/theme ideas the woman helping me built me a wonderful arrangement unique to my preferences that was that far surpassed my expectations. Never again will I order a generic arrangement online and I will absolutely be going back to Fern.

I love this place. The owner is very friendly and helpful with plant advice. I love how selective the inventory is as well. They are pricey, but i don’t mind supporting local business and they specially curate plants and take great care of them, unlike Home Depot. Yes-cheaper plant, but not high quality and probably sick. I am waiting to move offices so I can buy another desk plant! If I’m having. A crappy day, I can go and look at all the beautiful plants and flowers

Fern is one of the absolute cutest shops I have ever been in! They have such a huge variety of flowers and plants, and they have pretty reasonable prices, especially for the quality. I have bought several plants from Fern and I love all of them, my only regret being that I can't fit any more into my apartment! They made me a great bouquet within my small budget and made my best friend's birthday perfect! I would definitely reccomend Fern to anyone in the Boston area

We love the quality and design of the flower arrangements, and the shop is really cute. However, they have a big problem with website orders. First, they do not use a secure website, which is very unusual these days. I decided I would use the unsecure website to order flowers, but after multiple attempts using two differents browser types, the order did not go through. Not worth it, going somewhere else.

Friendly people and quality flowers. Nice central location on Mass Ave. The store is small, however they always have a variety of flowers and arrangements to choose from. Call ahead if you need flowers in a rush. The prices are on the more expensive side, but the arrangements are always quality.
