I ordered flowers for my girlfriend last minute. Every flower shop refused to deliver flowers at 430pm but curran flowers not only stayed open a little later but they were more than happy to take my order for me. I haven't seen the flowers yet, I'll try to update this review with a photo if I can. But the customer service was great, the communication was great and they use email confirmation for every step so you always know what's going on. Thank you Curran's !

We provided her with the budget we wanted to stay at and she did a great job sticking as closely as possible to the dollar amount we gave her. Horrible!!! I ordered two very pricy floral arrangements for my twin sisters birthday and neither one received them!! I could understand the delivery in New York having issues, but the one going to Beverly!! I was told the driver tagged the door-nothing there. My sister and her husband were home all day. They claimed they called her - but the number they had was incorrect. So instead of my sisters having a nice surprise on their birthday- nothing!! I spent close to $200.00 and I received nothing but lip service. My family has always used Currans florist but that is going to change. I'm very disappointed in the lack of service I received.

I live out of state and recently ordered some" get well" flowers for a family member who lives in the area. I spoke with Erin over the phone . She could not have been more courteous and helpful . I did ask specifically for some specific flowers or something similar . I thought I might have driven Erin crazy because I ended up calling her four times to either change delivery date , location ... She was very patient and understanding. It's hard to trust a florist when you are far away, but this florist did not disappoint. My sister in law was thrilled and sent me a picture of the stunning arrangement that was delivered. Thanks again! I definitely saved their info and will use Currans in the future!

I have a mixed review. The 1st time I went to Curran's they were awesome. It was my wife's (mine?) wedding shower and they gave me the best all green flowers bouqet (not an easy thing to do.) They were very accommodating. The 2nd time I went with my wife and had very nearly the opposite experience. The girl there acted as if we were spoiling her day by coming in. I don't know if the place has changed, the staff is now different, or if it was just an off day.

I recently ordered a birthday orchid plant for my friend in California through Currans. After my purchase, Currans was quick to call me to inform me that no local florists were open due to it being Veterans Day, but would have a delivery the next day. I completely understood as it was a federal holiday. The next day, my friend received her arrangement, but the local florist failed to attempt to replicate what was ordered. I addressed my concerns to Currans and received a quick response from Mr. Paul Danehy Jr. informing me of their procedure with local florist. I truly appreciate when companies hear their client’s concerns and that was exactly the case here. Mr. Danehy sympathized with me and even issued a partial refund despite me not requesting one. As I mentioned, my dissatisfaction was relinquished on acknowledgement alone, but I truly appreciate how this situation was handled promptly and would definitely recommend Currans.

they get 2 stars because the flowers were beautiful but the woman literally took my boyfriends credit card information didnt tell him what options he had for flowers sizes and things like that and hung up with him and charged him for probably the most expensive roses they had... that to me is terrible customer service you dont take someones card information tell him nothing of options or price and charge him over a 100 dollars
