I found Brasco Florist on line as I live out of state. I sent my daughter flowers on Thursday just because I was thinking of her. She loved them and face timed me so that I could see them. They were beautiful and just like the picture. My only concern is that there was some type of communication issue and she didn't receive the courier call and the flowers were left on the front porch. I called her and she picked right up, went outside and the flowers were there. Other than that, I would definitely use them again!!

Had a family member who was staying at a hotel for work. I needed a florist who could deliver flowers to the hotel for her birthday. Found Brasco Florist by recommendation of the hotel. I ordered online at 10 am and they were delivered by 1:20 PM. Fast and amazing service and the flowers looked better in person than they did online!

After calling a few places in the area, I had a hard time finding someplace I felt good about (or would even pick up the phone). In calling Brasco, the gentleman on the phone was very professional and made the experience very easy. Ensured delivery within a 2 hour period. Unless the delivery is late or the flowers are bad, I'd rate this a 6/5 if possible.

Living halfway across the country away from family is difficult, especially when we lose a loved one and cannot necessarily travel back home on a whim. I have lost a few extended family members over the past year, but have not been able to travel home to be with the rest of my family. I have sent flowers since I cannot be there. I have not heard from the recipient as to how they liked the flowers, but the service was great. I gave the wrong address when I ordered online, the delivery person called me, I checked the address, and called the delivery person back and corrected it and the delivery was made on the day requested. There is mostly fake flowers on display. They had some arrangements already made. There are no fresh flowers to choose from. Some old lady came out from the back. I asked her to help me. She could not help me. I left the store.

Flowers arrived but I purchased a balloon to go with them - this did not arrive. I contacted the company for reimbursement and never heard anything back from them. Very poor customer service and it's annoying to pay for things you don't receive.

They answered the phone right away, courteous, said "no problem" to a same day delivery. I ordered the flowers at 8:05 and they were delivered at 9:08. Beautiful arrangement and they texted me once the delivery was made. Would use again and recommend to a friend.
