I had the pleasure of recently working with Pat and Lisa for a holiday party. I showed them a few pictures of flower arrangements I liked, and then met with them to figure out exactly what I was looking for. They reviewed each picture with me and asked what I liked specifically from each arrangement, and then incorporated everything into beautiful centerpieces complete with a bark-covered vase. They have wonderful knowledge and customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great product!

My husbands uncle passed away and the service was yesterday in Newburyport. We live in Tennessee and only my husband was able to travel to the services. I ordered flowers after doing some online research and seeing your five star rating. I asked him if the flowers looked beautiful and he said they were extremely disappointing. The arrangement did not look fresh, it was droopy and the flowers looked past their prime. He actually felt the need to apologize to his aunt for the state of the arrangement. Guess you figured we were from out of state and unlikely to realize. I actually paid for the “upgrade” from the photo just to insure a stunning arrangement.

What an amazing vendor! We met with 5 different florists and when we walked in and met with Patricia and Lisa we knew we had found the right place. Their attention to detail and the love and care they put into designing the bouquets speaks volumes. They are reasonably priced and as a couple who funded their entire wedding on their own the attention to budget was very appreciated. I had purchased my own vases for the centerpieces and in the hectic mess did not think to drop them off. They let me borrow similar vases at no cost and they saved the day. You can get a feel for a company who takes care of the Bride and Groom and they are definitely like that!

If I could give Lisa 10 STARS, I would. She was fantastic! My daughter was having a bridal shower with a Kentucky Derby theme since it was on the same day as the Kentucky Derby. I was 1500 miles away and wanted to send an arrangement from dad. It was a last minute request and Lisa put together an absolutely beautiful arrangement in the form of a horseshoe with roses surrounded by other beautiful flowers. She delivered it to my daughter during the shower as I had requested and she made her feel very special. Thank you so much. My husband and I are far from flower experts, so we were comforted from the moment we met Pat at Beach Plum Flower Shop. We immediately knew we were in knowledgeable, capable hands. She initially sat down with us to get to know us, learn our style and discuss our budget so she could deliver exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We weren't quite sure at the time, so I found various photos online of what I thought might work well with our colors, the time of year, etc. Pat was incredibly responsive during all of our back-and-forth, and so sweet throughout the entire process. She made each interaction we had pleasant and enjoyable. Pat put together the most beautiful bridal bouquet, eight smaller arrangements for my bridesmaids, two stand-alone pieces for the altar and one boutonniere for my Grandpa. We were blown away by how gorgeous everything turned out, and my bouquet lasted for several weeks after our wedding! I cannot recommend Beach Plum Flower Shop enough!
