I placed my order that morning and by that afternoon my arrangement was delivered. Not only was it great price compared to the competitors but when I received a pic from the recipient, the arrangement looked almost identical to what was displayed on their website! I will most def be returning again in the future for more orders! Highly recommended!

I have ordered twice from this shop, both times the woman on the phone was less than friendly when taking the order. Both times it was very difficult to get an emailed receipt. Each time I called to request the receipt I was told she "would do it later". Only to have to call a third time, with the same request. I won't order from them again.

I will never order from them again. I made an order for an expensive bouquet online and scheduled a delivery for a specific day to a friend's workplace. I chose Albert's because I have heard nothing but positive reviews, and have heard many anecdotes about the wonderful quality of the flowers. I learned that my floral arrangement was delivered two days early. This is unacceptable. The recipient of the flowers wasn't in the office on the day the bouquet was delivered. When I called in regards to this error, I spoke to someone on the phone who told me that the delivery driver had taken the arrangement by accident. When I informed her that it had been delivered, she asked if the office would hold it for the recipient. I inquired about the quality of flowers after two days, and she assured me that the flowers are picked fresh daily and the quality would be fine, but apologized for the mistake. I am disappointed and upset that this was the response I received. I don't appreciate the way this was handled, especially after the person I spoke to admitted that it was a mistake. I felt that I should have received a discount or a refund, because I don't believe that I received the service or product that was paid for. I also sent an email and tried to call to follow up, and I was never given a response. Based on this experience, I don't feel that I can recommend Albert's for flowery delivery in the future.

I ordered a bouquet worth over $90- the date I asked was on 5/11, the day before the Mother's Day. This was for my mother in law. Apparently, it did not arrive on that day as I called her in the morning and confirmed if she got the gift. I called the shop and they told me that "they ran out of flowers last night." I said "it would have helped me if you at least informed me that you were not able to deliver so that I was prepared for it". They said "well, we didn't want to let you know at 11pm at night, we will deliver today" (Really, they notice that they are out of flower to deliver THAT DAY at 11 pm??) Excuse was lame but I let it go as they said they were going to deliver that day- STILL NO APOLOGY at this point. Several hours later, I called them again to make sure they delivered on that day- this time, a guy answers the phone and yells - "my wife had to walk in the pouring rain to hand deliver your flower. what is your complain, i don't have time for this." Are you kidding me???? I WILL NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS SHOP.

Ordered flowers for my friend. She loved it. She knows flowers and she said the fragrance was great and the flowers were of the highest quality. It delivered on time for me. On another note, I saw the owner was a former Marine who honorably served this country. I like to support my veterans, as I am an Air Force guy. Worked out two ways for me!

Gorgeous flowers delivered exactly as requested. Beats the heck out of websites that courier less-than-fresh flowers. If you need flowers in Boston, Albert's is the only option you need!

took 4 tryes to send flowers to someone and got billed all 4 times.dont trust this company.. they also tryed to bill my credit card a exra $50 for an unknown coast.. already reported to the aterny genarals office for bogus charges

Poor, poor service! I thought being a "family business" would make a difference - but I was wrong! I saw the photos on their Google Reviews -but do NOT be deceived! THEY ARE LIARS! I called twiced - and go their 24 hour customer support- and did not know it the first time, their deceit is not obvious up front. All I asked for is if they had hydrangeas for an arrangement for today, and the lousy person on the phone said, "let me check", and did not realize the person was a 24 hour customer support anonymous person and did not say so. She said she would call me back and hour went by - even after I said, (at 9;00 am when I called) I had a deadline of 2;30 pm to get the birthday floral arrangement to get a birthday arrangement to my daughter- and NO CALL BACK. Giving the benefit of doubt to them- I called back and ANOTHER 24 HOUR SUPPORT PERSON answer the phone and I asked why I had not been called back, and she admitted - after a 1 hour lag of not being called back, she was a 24 hour answering service and I would be called back in an HOUR- No Freeken WAY- THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS- NO WAY! i TOLD THEM THIS IS SHODDY, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! i WANTED TO TALK TO THE FLORIST! i WAS TOLD I COULD NOT TALK TO THE FLORIST! i HUNG UP AND called KaBloom in Brookline and was taken care of immediately by a REAL person who took care of my order and told me what flowers they had in stock and could delivery my floral arrangement for my daughter's birthday by 1:00 pm (now it was 11:00 am) i had wasted 2 hours waiting for Arthur's Floral Arrangment in Brookline - a FAMILY BUSINESS- SO NOT - DO NOT BE DECIEVED- a FARCE- and shoddy business- a 1 star rating- I would give it a negative rating if I could. DO NOT USE THEM! CALL KaBloom in Brookline for great service, reasonable service and cost and quick deliverably and GREAT service! Don't waste your time with this automated customer service and no PERSONAL SERVICE- family business- no way!

Alberts is awesome. I went in to buy some flowers to take to a dinner. I was able to choose each flower in the bouquet and then it was arranged and wrapped with love.
