Poor, poor service! I thought being a "family business" would make a difference - but I was wrong! I saw the photos on their Google Reviews -but do NOT be deceived! THEY ARE LIARS! I called twiced - and go their 24 hour customer support- and did not know it the first time, their deceit is not obvious up front. All I asked for is if they had hydrangeas for an arrangement for today, and the lousy person on the phone said, "let me check", and did not realize the person was a 24 hour customer support anonymous person and did not say so. She said she would call me back and hour went by - even after I said, (at 9;00 am when I called) I had a deadline of 2;30 pm to get the birthday floral arrangement to get a birthday arrangement to my daughter- and NO CALL BACK.
Giving the benefit of doubt to them- I called back and ANOTHER 24 HOUR SUPPORT PERSON answer the phone and I asked why I had not been called back, and she admitted - after a 1 hour lag of not being called back, she was a 24 hour answering service and I would be called back in an HOUR- No Freeken WAY- THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS- NO WAY!
i TOLD THEM THIS IS SHODDY, FRAUDULENT BUSINESS! i WANTED TO TALK TO THE FLORIST! i WAS TOLD I COULD NOT TALK TO THE FLORIST!
i HUNG UP AND called KaBloom in Brookline and was taken care of immediately by a REAL person who took care of my order and told me what flowers they had in stock and could delivery my floral arrangement for my daughter's birthday by 1:00 pm (now it was 11:00 am) i had wasted 2 hours waiting for Arthur's Floral Arrangment in Brookline - a FAMILY BUSINESS- SO NOT - DO NOT BE DECIEVED- a FARCE- and shoddy business- a 1 star rating- I would give it a negative rating if I could.
DO NOT USE THEM! CALL KaBloom in Brookline for great service, reasonable service and cost and quick deliverably and GREAT service! Don't waste your time with this automated customer service and no PERSONAL SERVICE- family business- no way!
