Horrible customer service. You need to be extremely clear with the owner about what you need. I had a very small intimate wedding and needed 1 bouquet to hold (duh). What I got was a bouquet to put in vase. When my mother called she was yelled at- completely unprofessional. Then I was was basically called a cheap liar for not fully explaining what I needed...great way to start your wedding day huh? The lack of customer service and manner was amazing from the owner and the 'sales manager'. The flower were beautiful but orchids are always beautiful and there is not much that can be messed up. I would never recommend this place unless you want to save a couple bucks because Pepperberry (right next door) does amazing work too.

I'd love to be able to leave a 1 star review but the incorrect flowers that were delivered were beautiful however. They were, however, not what was pictured when I placed my order. I ordered a lovely purple arrangement and an orange arrangement showed up at the recipients house. Apparently policy is to go to the recipient of the flowers and take the flowers back from them. If their policy is that they are to use seasonal flowers for all arrangements, then it should state that in the description of of each flower arrangement on their website. When I contacted the shop, the only thing they could offer was to go take the flowers back. That does not seem like great customer service to me. I am guessing that this was a rushed order as I ordered them at 1:30pm and they were delivered within half an hour.

This is one beautiful store. You can tell a lot of love and hard work went into it. I arrived at the Melrose location and my odd request (for what are usually funeral flowers in a more romantic arrangement) was handled well; I gave these folks very little notice and they not only managed to fill the order without a problem, but the actual process of placing my order was quick and painless too. Still I can't stress enough just how gorgeous the store itself looks. I could have walked into this place without the slightest idea what to give my girlfriend for our anniversary and walked out with any number of stunning options right off the shelf. The same tremendous beauty of the store itself was definitely put into the flowers I bought that day. I will be recommending this shop to every person I know of who ever even mentions the need of flowers!

I was very pleased with the wonderful woman I spoke with over the phone! I had no idea what I wanted for my girlfriends Birthday and the woman on the phone nailed it hahaha and over the phone too!! I ordered 1 dozen carousel roses,B-day balloon,chocolates and I asked for a certain delivery time and my girlfriend was walking out to go get coffee and boom he driver met her right at the door ;) she cried was very happy!! Sent an e-mail request for a small but important order and got a quick response, followed by courteous attention and expert treatment once I got to the store. Small gestures matter, in your personal life, sometimes more than bigger, louder displays; same thing in business. It was nice to get treated as if I ordered an expensive arrangement, when I didn't. Would return here anytime.
