I ordered flowers and had them delivered for someone's birthday. Apparently the recipient was not home, the driver attempted a second delivery an hour later. The driver called me and was very rude. His tone was accusatory, and annoyed that the recipient was not there. I apologize for inconveniencing him, but it is his job to deliver the flowers, and it should not burden him to do so. When I called the florist to explain my frustration she indicated that it was a misunderstanding and he was concerned about the recipients welfare. If they were truly concerned about someone's health, they could have called he police for a welfare check, like I suggested. The delivery driver never once expressed concern about her health and safety and instead they used this excuse as a cover for their poor customer service. I have ordered from here for birthdays, celebrations, and Mother's Day. Unfortunately one bad experience with a delivery driver can leave a bad taste in your mouth. I would go elsewhere for better customer service. The florist was actually very nice. It's disappointing that her driver was so rude.

Towne Florist did it again... knocked it out of the park with their service. They ''ve been making silk arrangements (so they hold up to the weather) since our patents ' passing. They know who I am when I call, deliver, clear the old flowers, and today sent me a picture, without my even requesting they do so! Nothing but great experiences for me!!

We live out of state and ordered flowers for our daughter. Towne Florist was extremely helpful and make a basket of flowers per my request. It was beautiful and very full for the price. Highly recommend them!! Thanks for going the extra mile on the green spider mums!

Fantastic service. I ordered flowers on a Saturday morning for a Saturday delivery, and Towne Florist accommodated me after two other local florists couldn't help me. Flowers ordered and delivered in record time, and the recipient was thrilled.
