My order was delayed by 2 days and looked nothing like what I ordered. I’d caution against ordering from this florist. $90 worth of flowers which looked like maybe a $40 bouquet. Highly disappointed...

OMG!! I used them for my wedding and it was nothing short of AMAZING!! Pricing and design can’t be beat! The delivery ladies came early and waited for the cake to be delivered and decorated my wedding cake with fresh flowers!! I cried I had no clue!

My wife and I got married this past October and had a difficult time finding a florist who was willing to work with us given the size of our wedding. We didn't have a bridal party and only needed a bouquet, corsage, and 2 pieces for our ceremony. Alison made us feel welcome and that our floral needs were just as important as any other couple! Lauren's bouquet was GORGEOUS (white roses & calla lilies) and Val's corsage was also beautiful (2 calla lilies). The ceremony pieces were beautiful vases filled with baby's breath.

The large arrangement ordered for my mother's recent viewing and funeral was a great disappointment. It arrived with wilting greens and unopened gladiolas. This unattractive arrangement displayed at the head of her casket made a sad occasion even sadder. RB should never have let this arrangement leave their shop. If the flowers we ordered were not going to work this should have been communicated to us and we would have made another selection.We chose Rutland Beard because of their reputation. For future orders, we will look elsewhere.

He made the entire experience smooth and stress free and the flowers were breathtaking. My client could not stop raving about the gorgeous arrangements. The ladies who dropped them off at the Sagamore Pendry from Rutand Beard were beyond helpful and made sure I had everything I needed before they left.
