Ugly arrangements and awful customer service. The owner and employees don’t care about anything except getting your money, and that’s the way they are trained. Do not order with 1800 flowers or any other third party site because the flowers will come from this pathetic sweat shop. They deserve to be reported to the BBB but they’ll probably be around forever because evil always wins. THIS COMPANY AND THEIR FLOWERS SUCK. Go anywhere else, please.

Very helpful, they where patient with me, there knowledge of the plants and seasons that go best with the occasion or event was amazing. The building is hidden just a little. It shares the same drive up entrance way as Mc Donald's (you can see it better from the MC Donald's parking lot)

This group purchased many privately owned florist and have totally destroyed them. They hire sub contractors to deliver the flowers and these people don't care one bit if the flowers gets there on time. Fifteen years of using Drayer's in Middle River Maryland and the arrangement was never delivered. Word of mouth and the web will get this message out. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! WAKE UP SKIP!
