I am all the way out in California so I put my trust in them to take care of things and they always do an amazing job! I am definitely a fan of supporting the mom and pop shop over the big corporate online companies. They were so friendly and helpful over the phone and did a great job! My grandma was so happy!

Absolutely poor customer service. Woman who answered the phone and spoke to my fiancé was rude snappy and completely unprofessional. All my fiancé wanted was to discuss options for our wedding and my wife was cutoff mid sentence and was snapped out. We haven’t done business with these people yet but after this we are sure we never will. Nobody deserves to to have spoken to this way in such a smug manner.

Wanted to send my mother flowers to congratulate her on her retirement from teaching and as a house warming present too. Looked at other Hagerstown florist and they all had the typical Teleflora arrangements, but saw Roostervane’s lovely arrangements and thought I’d give them a try. Ordering over the phone was very easy and the staff was very helpful. Gave them a price point and told them my mother loved to garden and that some bright garden flowers would be wonderful if they had them. Well they totally exceeded my expectations! My mother loves her AMAZING arrangement. Pictures do not do it justice according to her. Will definitely be ordering from them again for all of my flower needs for family out that way.

Rooster Vane Gardens continually provides incredible flower arrangements time and time again. We have gotten flowers from them for years, for weddings, for funerals, for birthdays, and every occasion in between. Denny and his team create overly BEAUTIFUL arrangements, and go out of their way to construct very meaningful pieces. We just say things such as "he loved gardening and getting his hands dirty" and the flowers showed up in an antique wheelbarrow with a small windmill sticking up from it. I always just say I am looking to spend X amount of dollars and give them an idea of what I am looking for and let them work their magic. I will never buy flowers from anywhere besides Rooster Vane ever again.
