I can not say enough good things about this place. My sister and I had went to get floral arrangements for my mother's funeral service. The staff was so very comforting and very helpful. The delivery person arrived at the church on time and placed the arrangement exactly as planned. I will always use them for all my floral needs henceforth.

I enjoying shopping in this florist, always new items, fresh flowers, nice arrangements and the customer service is always exceptional. Flowers arrangements can be done on site or if you are in a hurry, they have some made up already for you to choose. They can assist you with your wedding and all kinds of events that requires a touch of beauty with flowers. Parking is always available and the neighborhood is quite and clean. The owner is awesome and her warm welcome make you feel to be special at all times. They deliver to your house, office, social event, building and prices are very accessible. I hired this company for my March 2018 wedding. I had two in-person consultations in which my vision was discussed in great detail along with pictures. I was assured that my vision could be executed by the florist. I was notified two weeks before my wedding that there were issues with the flowers for my bouquet (peonies) due to the season, but assured that I would be satisfied with the alternative choice. I was highly disappointed when I received my bouquet on the day of my wedding! It was soooo much smaller than discussed and the flowers looked wilted. Also, I was promised a free bouquet to toss at my wedding, but never received it. Therefore i was forced to toss one of my bridesmaids’ bouquets. :(

Estate open past their closing time and waited for me and then work with me on an arrangement to make my ladies day just a little bit brighter. I recently had hand surgery and a friend of mine sent me a bouquet of flowers and chocolates I am not a fan of regular chocolate but I contacted them about receiving white chocolate and they decided to give me chocolate to make up for the box of truffles that were sent to me earlier. I really appreciate it. The young lady on the phone was kind and professional. They really got the extra mile to satisfy their customers and I certainly will refer them to others.

This place is kinda small and there wasn't really a lot of arrangements to choose from unless you order in advance and there aren't many florists around anymore. I wanted something special that would last so I thought that a florist would be the best place to go. I did get a nice orchid for my sisters birthday and she loved it.

Today was the Service to say goodbye. We ordered a set of flowers from our family and The set of flowers for His Family. Ours arrived..pretty but not at all like the picture or hope. The one that was from the wife and sons...not there at all! No joke! Hurt bad, feeling so bad for the family!!!!!

I bought my bridal bouquet from this shop. My wedding was low key, so I wanted something unexpensive but cute and of quality. That's what I got. They had elaborated beautiful (and pricey) options, that I decided not to use. Instead the florist worked with me to create a little bouquet, we decided the kind of flowers and ribbons we wanted and were able to order it 10 days before my wedding day for a reasonable price. My now husband picked it up that morning, when I saw it I was delighted. It was simple and beautiful! ...The perfect complement for my cute dress. As I mentioned, we picked it up, so I wouldn't know about their delivery service.

I sent flowers to my mother in law, paid to the premium upgrade to the bouquet and was very disappointed in the difference of the photo shown on the website and what was delivered. I contacted the company via the website and was never sent a response. Also, two days after the flowers were delivered they are already starting to die. See the photos below of what was represented on the website and what was delivered.
