The woman who works here is so kind and understanding. I took my client with autism here to look at the flowers and she could not resist one of the donuts that were out. The rep was super understanding and told me not to worry about it and also helped me pick out a nice mother's day flower basket. I would come here again for sweets or flowers!

I have been dealing with Raimondi's for many years. My most recent business with them was no different. They happened to have a corsage for my son's junior prom date which they held for us until we arrived, just a few minutes before they closed. They even discounted the price for us (it was an unclaimed one). Once again, like many times before, they saved the day! Many thanks for your efforts on our behalf!

Horrible experience....ruined my 6 year anniversary. Delivery guy didn't pronounce my name right at my job and because nobody knew who they were for he let someone in the lobby take them. Husband called and complained and she said they would try again the next day and they never showed up. Never again...you think after paying over $100 for some flowers they would be a little more cautious and attentive.

I am not sure which Raimondi's location served me, but they did a wonderful job. My husband sent me flowers for my birthday, but they were not what he originally ordered. When I called the number on the card, they mentioned that they change flowers if they are out of what was ordered (and through ordering through the online company he "approved" that). While I understood that, I was still frustrated that I did not receive a call to let me know. Instead of saying there was nothing they could do, Melody (the woman who answered my call) sent out what my husband had originally ordered. I am pleased with their customer service and their flowers are beautiful. I would recommend!
