Unbelievable!! I walk in with my son after working 10hours.....I know more than anyone about long hours and the three ladies there tell me oh sorry we are closed with a store full of Valentine's flowers and such that no one's has. I said I'd take anything really fast for my beautiful wife but turned away.....again I don't know the circumstances but to be turned away on Valentine's with a million things to sell but later tell a said story on why they had to close shop

I really love this place - not only is it a florist (nice selection of arrangements to buy on the go - or to order for delivery) plus it has a cute selection of gifts and a bakery case with some very yummy treats. I stopped in to get some oasis and couldn't resist getting a couple of bakery treats which were exceptionally fresh and decadent - they also sell nice looking chocolates by the pound. What I didn't know is that you can also order some lovely looking special occasion cakes which would be great for a dinner party or birthday celebration - and they had a good selection of them already in the case as well for last minute purchases. And the service is very good - everyone I've ever encountered here has been really nice and very personable. Whenever we've ordered arrangements for delivery here they've turned out really nicely too. This is a great place.

Bought a lovely bouquet for my wife to celebrate our fifth anniversary and I had it sent to a very nice French rstauruant on Ellicott City. They delivered perfectly and the flowers look abosolutely great a week later. I typically buy from online sellers without a local shop and those flowers are jot as nice nor do they last so nicely for as long as these have. Needless to say my wife was very surprised and pleased with the flowers. I highly recommend Raimondi's.

Riamondi delivered the lovely rose arrangement on time and we appreciate that but while my 94 year old mother loved the arrangement, she counted (and so did her caregiver) the number of roses in the bouquet and found that Raimondi had only given her 11 roses, not 12. My mother called Raimondi and they sent over ONE MORE rose on Mother's Day. Kind of ridiculous that they can't count the roses BEFORE sending out the bouquet for delivery. A little sloppy performance and hence the 3 stars. Not sure I would use them again!

Walked in the store and was pretty much ignored for 10minutes. The associate was with another customer but the fact that she saw me walk in the store and did not address me for 10 whole minutes was very unprofessional. Once she did address me she asked can I help you do you need something? I said yes I'm looking for flower arrangements for my wedding. When is your wedding she asked? I told her it was in the fall and she said oh you have time as she proceeded to help the other customer. The customer said oh you can help her but the associate said oh it's ok don't worry about it I'm helping you. The associate then pointed toward the corner and said oh there are some books you can look at and as I asked her to clarify she walked away. So I sat down for the next 20 minutes looking through books as she proceeded to not only help the previous customer but an additional customer who came in after me. I was fine if it was a quick transaction but the fact that she mad extended small talk to the customer was really rude seeing that I had been waiting for over 30 minutes at that point. Not sure why the associate was not very helpful but in my irritation I nicely placed her books back and exited the store.

My wife recently visited the store to purchase a corsage for my son. Upon entering she was greeted by two women eating lunch at a table. The store appeared cluttered and disorganized. After (interrupting lunch) and inquiring about corsages, my wife was advised to go online to see what she liked and come back to let her know. Really? Oh well...won’t be returning.

On Friday May 4, I called this florist to ask if they had any corsages and boutonnieres with red flowers available. A woman who answered the phone said "you should have called last week" in a very snarky and rude tone. I told that I didn't appreciate her attitude because all I was trying to do was get these items for my 17-year-old brother's prom. I explained to her--which I wish I didn't--that he's a teenager, so of course, he told me about it at the last minute. She never apologized. All she said was "I'm not being snarky". I have shopped here before but I will NEVER shop here again. I called three other florists who couldn't fill my request but they did it with a pleasant attitude. I finally found a florist who had one last corsage and boutonnier left and she had great customer service skills. Again, I will NEVER shop at Raimondi's florist. I don't have time for people with attitude problems, especially when I've been a previous customer.

I went to this store because it’s close to home to purchase an arrangement for my best froen’s mom because her sister(Aunt Joyce) passed. Well, my best friend ‘s mom lives in NYC and she never received any flowers. I called the store and was told they would check into it. They checked into it and the store they used to deliver the flowers never got back to them so I wanted my money returned and that’s the of it. Well, this was October 10th and it is now October 21st and still no return. I will NEVER use this store ever again and I will continue to press for my return and call my bank as well. All they did was apologize and blame the store in NYC. Wow! Horrible customer service. If I was the owner and I wanted a returning customer and referrals I would have made it right even if I had to call another store in NYC personally to get it done.
