It’s also a great place to visit in person – there is a walk-in refrigerated space where you can build your own floral arrangement. I love all the greens they have available. The kind woman who took my order helped me decide between the 2 arrangements I had seen and liked on your website. I took her recommendation and was so glad. The arrangement was delivered well in advance of the Monday afternoon viewing (I appreciated the email delivery confirmation) and were absolutely beautiful. I loved the natural greens mixed with the variety of fresh flowers and the colors of the flowers were varied (pinks, mauves and purples) without looking too "busy". Utterly unimpressed! I stopped in at lunch this afternoon to buy my girlfriend some flowers for her birthday. I got no help from the person who greeted me. I was told to pick out the individual flowers - myself - to create the floral arrangement. I work in engineering not floral design! I'll stick with my regular flower shop, despite them now being out of the way for me. I would give Radebaugh zero stars - but that's not an option.

We had very limited information regarding the full name of the deceased and the funeral arrangements, however, that did not impede Radebaugh Florists in the least. The flowers arrived on time, and were lovely. I just didn't know that I'd ordered a miniature arrangement. For $59. the vase was barely 4" sq. and the whole arrangement seemed like it was barely 8" tall. I was embarrassed and will not be ordering from Radebaugh again.

Easy and timely delivery to funeral home is much appreciated the fresh flowers and the living plants were both lush and gorgeous. Online ordering from Radebaugh’s website was very easy but the arrangement I chose said price starting from $125.00 but that was not an option anywhere on the ordering site. Only a higher priced premium selection could be chosen. Otherwise highly recommend Radebaugh Florist.

Our meeting with Kaitlyn and Lisa was as entertaining as you would think it would be; having 2 men and one flower-clueless bride try to work through all the possible combinations took some time and an exceptional amount of patience on their parts. My church (St. Ignatius in Baltimore) and my reception space (Frederick Douglass Isaac Myers Maritime Museum) are both beautiful spaces so I knew I didn’t want or need much decoration. I've used Radebaughs for 30 years or so I personally went in the store to order flowers for my moms funeral which would be be on May 15th Monday. I certainly understand it's Mothers Day weekend but when you order certain flowers and the dear lady stated oh we can get those no problem and what showed up was not what I ordered it very disappointing! I ordered 4 different arrangements and spent a lot of money. 100.00 for 1 vase of hygraegeas that looked like it came outta my garden very small was so disappointing! Another was suppose to be all lavender roses and baby breath not one rose , carnations and button mums so shocked! Now the casket spray was perfect! But this was only 1 day and the spider mums were dropping already! It was a sad enough day without being disappointed in the flowers you ordered.

What a wonderful company who is willing to correct a mistake. I received a lovely arrangement or orchids for Administrative Professional's day from my boss and co-workers. Upon receiving the arrangement however, I noticed that one stem of orchids was stripped of their bulbs. I called Radebaugh about the arrangement and they apologized and immediately sent out a replacement one. That is amazing customer service and you don't always find that willingness to correct an error. Would recommend them and will use them in the future if the opportunity arises. Thank you.

So, I was looking last minute to get a bouquet of flowers for Mother's Day and on impulse came to this shop. It is very beautiful inside, however the experience made me feel overall unwelcomed. As I entered, there was an eldery white women working at the counter who completely didn't acknowledge me as a customer (let alone first time customer). If it wasn't for another lady (white probably in her 30s or 40s) who happened to come from the back asked how she could help me, I would have certainly left. As I stood in the back watching my flowers being arranged the elderly woman (who didn't speak when I came in) suggested I wait up front instead of standing there waiting. As I was paying for my flowers, a young white couple enters and is instantly greeted by the elderly woman who offers her assistance to them. As I left I wished both women a happy Mother's Day (trying to keep an open mind); the younger woman said thank you, but the elderly lady didn't even respond to that. Regardless of the color of my skin, as a paying customer I should be treated with the same level of courtesy by all who represent this business. For all of that, I should have just went to Giant or Weis and got a nice bouquet for much less. I won't be spending my money here again (you only have one time to make a first impression).

Great, personalized service, and awesome selection. They noticed I was having some difficulty picking out a bouquet for a date I had later that day, and offered to put together a bouquet for me with the budget I had. They asked me questions about my date, my tastes, really tried to figure out what bouquet would be best, and made sure to get as much as they could for my limited college student budget. The whole experience was very positive and my date LOVED the flowers.

My sister who lives in Baltimore loves Radebaugh flowers and Greenhouse, so for her birthday I sent her a basket of geraniums and a gift certificate so she can buy plants for her Spring Garden. They were able to take the order and make delivery that afternoon. They even keep your credit card on file and the addresses that you send flowers to so that everything is quick and easy. The people that I chat with are so comfortable and friendly. I'm a runner, and had run by their greenhouse for several years. I finally decided to stop in. What an amazing place. I just wanted a simple bouquet for my wife. Their selection of pre-made arrangements was small, but the woman helping me told me that I could select the flowers I wanted, and I would get a discount if I didn't need a vase. They had an amazing selection of flowers and helped me out quite a bit. The discount without a vase was quite substantial - I should have purchased more. I will be back!
