I honestly can not say enough good things about Oscar! I worked with Oscar for all of my florals, candles and decorations for my August 3rd wedding at Riverside on the Potomac. I spoke with Oscar a few times and sent him some photos of what I liked and he went so above and beyond and absolutely killed it!! I couldn’t stop smiling when I saw how he made my vision come true.
