28 years ago they did our Wedding flowers and yesterday they did the floral arrangements for my mother-in-laws funeral. It is not often that our expectations are met, but in this case our expectations were exceeded. Though we are no longer close to this city location, I will call them in the future for any floral order we have. Also, loved the photo gallery in the side room.

We ordered flowers for a memorial service. The flowers were beautiful and exactly what we wanted. In addition, the person I spoke with to place the order was very helpful and kind. We were extremely pleased.

The lady who answers the phone is rude. If you request an early morning delivery don't hold your breath. I ordered them online and requested early delivery its now 2 and nothing. I've used this florist on several times and the last two times have been not the most pleasant.

This rating is based on the phone customer service. The person taking my order seemed rushed, was more concerned with getting my payment info than ascertaining what kind of arrangement I wanted to send. I hope the flower arrangements has more thought and care than the order taking.

I ordered a dozen roses. They were delivered on 1/15 in the afternoon and they were dead by 1/18. The store said they only gaurentee their roses for 24 hours. Really $75 for 24 hours. I called and the said I should have taken them out each day and trim the stems.

I ordered flowers after viewing arrangements online. I called and chose one and asked if it would be exactly like the one shown. I was told some of the flowers would different but similar. I was VERY pleased with the arrangement. It was beautiful, and looked almost exactly like the one shown online--maybe even prettier ! Good job !

One of the worst places I’ve ever dealt with. Tried ordering flowers days in advance for my gf for Valentines Day and they told me they didn’t have some of the working pieces and said to call them. I tried calling 25 times, no answer. I finally got a hold of a woman who told me sorry it has been hectic cause of Valentines Day orders. I was understanding of that, made the arrangements to change the order. I have tried calling now 42 times to check in on the order, the phone doesn’t even ring. I cannot get a hold of anyone and my gf is left to wait for flowers whenever they arrive. DO NOT ORDER. Saving you some trouble. I rarely ever write reviews, but this one had to be said. I am totally understanding of being backed up, but to have no dial tone, and to not answer the phone and at least say, “hey we are backed up”, doing the best we can is inexcusable.

I/we love shops and talking to anyone we can. On the sidewalks of Baltimore City we don't care if they have guns, actually were glad everyone does cause they'll stop those mass killing shooters. Not here I bet!

Perfectly gorgeous array of flowers arranged on an easel for a funeral and delivered exactly when we had hoped. It truly couldn't have been more beautiful. We found their prices quite reasonable too! We were extremely pleased and will definitely rave about and use this florist again!

I called to order a custom arrangement for a funeral service. The item I requested was something unique and could not be found on any other florist website. I purchased this item "sight unseen" but had faith in their abilities as this florist did my wedding flowers. When we arrived at the funeral home, I was blown away! The arrangement that was done for me was absolutely beautiful and was the envy of all. This particular arrangement was taken home by the husband of the deceased. He couldn't bear to leave it or donate it. Thank you so much to the florist that created this arrangement. You made a sad day just a bit brighter.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery just before Valentine's Day. There was a tight window for delivery, they called to say it would be tough, but in the end they managed to get the flowers there at just the right moment! Everything looks brilliant! I ordered "Forever Beloved" Teleflora Arrangement from this florist for the first time about a month ago for $122.95 plus tax, delivery etc. as a birthday surprise and was I was genuinely impressed. The 30 Long stem reds were all in mint condition, closed, and the stems carefully arranged in a beautiful alternating short-long crisscross display for the vase. See enclosed picture #1. I ordered again the same arrangement this past Friday and was horrified by the lack of etiquette on the phone, I felt as though I was taking to a bartender at the end of her shift. The product that was delivered was equally bad (see pictures #2,3. All red were already opened, the vase had cloudy water with stems that were "jammed" into the vase. I could have done a better job with the arrangement and the roses at Whole Foods or Costco would have looked better. I'm done with this florist.

I've ordered flowers from Perzynski and Filar Florist multiple times over past several years to be delivered to my grandmother and mother for special occasions. They've always done a wonderful job! This past week I called with a special request, my grandfather had past away a few days before his and my grandmothers' 59th wedding anniversary. Their anniversary was the day of his viewing. My mother and I thought it would be nice for her, my grandmother, to get flowers from him, my grandfather on their anniversary. There was a short poem I wanted to include with the card, I talked to Elizabeth and she gave my her number to text her with the poem to make sure it was correct. It was, and my grandmother was quite surprised to get flowers from my grandfather, although she guessed I'd arranged it and called to thank me too. I'll continue to order from Perzinski and Filar anytime I need flowers delivered in the Baltimore area!

Unfortunelty my experience wasn’t even remotely pleasant. My order never arrived to its destination and the customer service skills of the associate I dealt with on the phone left so much to be desired. If you want returning customers treat your them with a level of respect—the special day was ruined. Thank you for that.
