I ordered a custom basket from out of town. These folks did an excellent job. The basket was customized with every single item I suggested, and was arranged beautifully. The delivery was timely, exceeded my expextations, and without complications. I would definately use them again.

I ordered an arrangement for my mother's memorial service. I left everything up to Mary and told her to make all of the choices as long as it was beautiful. They definitely did not disappoint. The arrangement was gorgeous. It was full and arranged beautifully with so many different flowers that you don't normally see. Mary was so patient and helpful and had my order done and delivered even though I had ordered at the last minute. I will be recommending Perfect Petals to everyone that is in search of a good, honest and talented florist.

Previously had used Perfect Petals and was very happy with them. Then I got a coupon for 1-800-Flowers for Valentines Day and went with them instead. Whoever delivered them left them on a back door. So I went back to Perfect Petals for our 20 year anniversary. Flowers were great and delivered on time. But..... I had also ordered a 1/2 box of Bomboy Chocolates as STATED on their website. Well, the wife said she never received them. I called Perfect Petal's shop and was told the driver would turn around and deliver them as he forgot. Then I found out that he delivered a chincy box of Russell Stover candies, not Bomboy's. Bomboy's is better and costs more. So I ordered Bomboy's as their website showed, was charged for Bomboy's, but received a cheaper product. I'm thoroughly disappointed and not happy!

I've been coming to this store for quite a while and I'm very pleased with my purchases. The staff are always very nice and professional. The owner is a very sweet young lady also! I always have a little bird put on all my orders and they're always pleased to do it for me. In all they're just awsome. Thank you to the staff at Perfect Petals. I would recomend them to everyone.
