I came in very last-minute this morning as I had received news that a friend of mine had gotten a promotion, and I wanted to surprise her as soon as possible. I wasn’t even sure if this was a storefront that I could purchase flowers directly from, as I had never gone in before, but Whitney greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me pick out an arrangement based on the occasion. She worked well within my price range and immediately went to the back to ensure they had the correct stock of flowers to begin my order, and then rang me up. She was very friendly and explained what each flower in the arrangement was. Blanca did a fabulous job with the arrangement, and brought it out promptly. I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes with a freshly arranged bouquet and my friend loved them! I will definitely be back for my future floral needs.

My aunt had ordered a beautiful centerpiece online. When I texted her to say thanks she wanted to see picture of it and she thought it look a difference size than the one she ordered. She sent a complaint to the company and they were very helpful in redelivering a new one the next day but it was still identical to the one from the day before. The Hispanic delivery driver was very nice and friendly and the flowers are very fresh but please just try to pay attention to how the centerpiece is online. I still recommend them though because the flowers are very fresh and beautiful!

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day(guaranteed delivery) and they showed up on the 18th or 19th. Not sure since it was an office and closed for president day. Bouquet was disheveled, roses broken etc.. I had already requested a refund by this point. Not sure what happened with the delivery but will not be going through this place ala 1800 flowers again.

My Mom paid a fortune from Florida to have a beautiful arrangement delivered to me. Instead I got the cheapest most pathetic arrangement I've ever seen. Of course I am not telling my Mom she got scammed on Mother's Day. This florist ought to be ashamed of themselves.

I previously went here for small occasions (valentines, mother's day) and was always satisfied. The employees were willing to work with me and my budget. The only slight is in regards to their delivery where my girlfriend didn't receive it on time for one Valentines day but I've had this issue with every florists on Valentines which isn't a huge surprise. I would recommend sending flowers a day or two earlier to guarantee delivery on busy holidays. Also you won't be charged extra for the V-day delivery charge. Fast forward a few years - I used them for my wedding. All my guests were astonished with the flower arrangements and it made my wedding pictures even so much more. I could have not asked for a better florist and I will continue to come back.

I ordered flowers for my parents on their 50th anniversary. They were delivered on time and contained the most beautiful and fresh flowers. My parents were so delighted, I am sure they will be able to enjoy them for quite a while. Thank you for helping to make their special day even better.

Received a half dead, LATE arrangement from them for Mother's Day. They couldn't be bothered to return my calls or the calls of the person who placed the order despite their website boasting a satisfaction guarantee. Buyer beware. The red flag is the spelling and grammar on the page, and no person who works for the company actually answering any of the calls. Edit: they finally answered my call and said they had to come to pick up the flowers to issue a refund. Two weeks later... no refund, but I saw their driver came to pick up the flowers...

My husband ordered flowers for me from this place a week before our anniversary. On the day of the delivery they called to tell us they won't be delivering the flowers. The roses just turned up today and they were left on the doorstep..some of the roses have broken stems. Basically this company just doesn't care about its customers or providing a good service.

If I could provide a zero I absolutely would. My husband ordered me flowers as a surprise, a woman called my phone asking me to stay at work, because she is running late, Ok... the flowers arrive, they were in poor condition and appeared to have been dried out for at least a few days. I thanked my husband and sent him a photo, he responded that he didn't order this flowers.. they sent the wrong order. My husband called to correct the issue, I am at work and a woman comes to my desk and says "I'm here to take your flowers, your husband cancelled the order and no longer wants the flowers" and attempts to remove the flowers off my desk. I was embarrassed and shocked that they would do business like this. Mistakes happen, if an error was made, everything should be done to correct the mistake, not snatch flowers off my desk. To make matters worse, when i called and spoke to the manager, he told me it was their right to take the flowers away. There was zero customer service, empathy, or care for an unsatisfied customer. I just cant believe that this is the way business is conducted. We will NEVER order flowers from this shop again, and I would encourage others to seek floral services elsewhere. Between being asked to stay at work, the wrong order, and trying to take flowers off my desk without replacing.. you're truly better off going somewhere else.

Just received a lovely arrangement from this florist. Same day delivery. Absolutely gorgeous. The white roses are big and fresh. They even called to confirm that the delivery was made. A+

Great florist; never had problems. I usually do walk-ins for Valentine's and Mother's day. Delivery service is also prompt. Flowers are also fresh, so I didn't have problems (over the past several years) like other folks did in their reviews. Seems like its the largest florist in the area.

I am not sure this floral shop has 2 stars, but they went above and beyond!...I ordered terrarium from out of state for a friends graduation, and unfortunately she ruined it by drowning it with water. I called the florist and she was very understanding, and asked my friend to bring it back so that they can redo the terrarium for her!. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and politeness

Ordered flowers for Christmas table on Nov. 27th. Called on 12/24 after not delivered to be informed that they knew on 12/20 that they could not fulfill the order. They did not notify me at all until I called to ask where the order was and would not offer a substitute that was until after Christmas.do not use them!

I was sent a floral arrangement by my mom for my birthday. First, they sent the wrong arrangement, then they asked for me to give the wrong arrangement back so they could deliver the correct one. So I can only assume they're reselling that arrangement that has been on my desk (not in a fridge) for 35 hours. I wouldn't order from them again.

I recieved a delivery notice on Wednesday and was told I could pick up the flowers the next day. I went by there at 5:30 pm on Thursday and it was closed. I left a message at that time and my mother left another message the next day (Friday). It's Saturday evening and still no phone call or flowers. This was placed through 1-800-FLOWERS and I spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. When someone did I explained the problem and was automatically placed back on hold with no acknowledgment for an additional 15 minutes. What a rip off!!!! I advised the person who sent these to get a refund. I would never do business with 1-800-FLOWERS or Montgomery Village Florist and I'll be sure to let as many other people know as possible.

Ordered an arrangement through 1800 Flowers. Had someone come in and tell me that my flowers were not loaded and that he would be back. He never came back. What makes it worse is that I was going to take these flowers to the cemetery for my mother's birthday. Now I have nothing to take. Thanks for nothing. You all the worst florist. You all need to close your door and stop pretending. The worst customer service ever!

Ordered flowers for Mother's day through this florist. Arrangements were beautiful when I eventually saw it. I like how the florist is a locally owned family establishment. I would recommend their services.
