I'm very upset with the service I received today and I won't be using Lulu's again. I have used them many times in the past, but due to the I don't care attitude I received to day, you have lost my business. When you state you have a 100% satisfaction grantee on your site, but your staff doesn't honor the commitment, it says alot. Your not the only florist on the block and when you have an I don't care attitude, it's easy to go to someone else. Especially when the delivery is to the N.I.H., it's not a good thing for business to get a bad reputation out there. Thanks for ruining my day!

I called them today to order a floral arrangement for my mother’s Birthday. I spoke with the gentleman name Jim and he was absolutely fantastic! I told him that I wanted an arrangement befitting of my mother’s grand personality and he assured me that is what she would receive. The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and my mother loved them! I will definitely use them again.

I live out of town, have used Lulu's a few times before, and have always been happy with their service and the quality of their floral arrangements. After ordering flowers for my sister and her husband yesterday morning, I received a call from the shop to confirm that they had been delivered in the afternoon. The person who called me was very pleasant and courteous. When I saw a picture later and realized that there had been a little confusion about the order, I called this morning, and was assured that a substitute would be delivered. In less than 3 hours, a beautiful replacement bouquet had arrived. This confirms my original choice of Lulu's, and I'd recommend them to locals and those living at a distance.

Our family ordered a floral arrangement for a funeral in DC. Davey was very helpful, and notified me when he delivered the flowers, and sent me a photograph. We were able to attend the funeral, and were very pleased with the arrangement and the excellent customer service.

Wonderful flower shop! Delivered to Walter Reed in the am, as requested even though I made the purchase late in the evening (extra kudos; everyone knows it's not easy to get in due to security). A nice guy gave me a courtesy call right before delivery. I told him that I was on my way back to the hospital and that I just had to pick up a few things. He was sweet enough to let my hubby know. And the flower arrangement was beautiful! Thank you.

I wanted to send my BFF some flowers for her birthday, and I wanted to go through a local florist. These guys had the best reviews! The flowers were pricey, but my friend raved about them when they were delivered. When she sent me a picture, I think they looked much better than typical bouquets from ProFlowers. I would highly recommend!

Ordered some last-minute flowers online that were delivered within hours. The arrangement looked great, the recipient received a voicemail about where the flowers were left when nobody was home to receive them, and I even got an email telling me about it. Great service.

I live outside the state and Mother's Day crept up on me and I realized I needed to send flowers. I found Lulu's website easy to navigate with great photographs of the different floral arrangements at each price level. I read other people's reviews and decide to try them. I never spoke to anyone, just did the interaction over the website. My mother was so thrilled she called me to describe the arrangement and she was delighted at how fresh the flowers are and how there are buds still to open and the artistry of the arrangement. I appreciate finding such an unusual arrangement that I could see prior to ordering

We ordered 11 wreaths and baskets from LuLu Florist for a friend's Memorial Service. Extremely satisfy. Flower are carefully selected and arranged. They provide special delivery from MD to VA. Help set up flowers with extra cause. Each piece has been thoughtfully designed and with a match color. It is really impressive. Highly recommended.

Got a suprise delivery to my office on Valentine's Day. I work in a secure building, but the delivery guy tried his best to get into contact with me and wait in the lobby until I responded and went to accept flowers. Beautiful and fresh!
