Extremely rude over the phone. So unusual to be talked to rudely by a flower delivery company that I was completely taken aback. The lady had a major attitude. I will have to see how they complete the order and may adjust my stars. But for now my intention is to never use their services again.

We have used this florist for the last 3 years to provide center pieces for our annual Holiday Party. We are given a very limited budget for the flowers, so we usually say "incorporate these colors and show us what you can do for x amount of dollars". Basically, surprise us. They have always been beautiful and gotten a ton of compliments.

Good enough selection coupled with a great location. I don't know what the average price of flowers are and how much more expensive this place is than others. Basic floral arrangements can be had at Giant, this is for the more oomph that you might need.

I love this florist. This is where I go when I want something really special. I love picking my own flowers and they arrange them in a bouquet for me. It’s fun and I find it to be a good price when I select my own stems.

I needed a wedding arrangement immediately, because I was planning to do it myself but at the end I didn’t get a chance, so I searched for the closest florist and the Kentlands flowers and bows pop up. I’m so glad I went there, the staff is so sweet and kind. Beautiful place as well. Highly recommended! Rachel was the sweetest! I’ll be forever thankful with her!!

This shop bumps their prices up over 150% for holidays taking complete advantage of people. Additionally, they force you to buy bouquets with vases because they have "too much volume" to do just the bouquets. Finally, their flowers, while pretty, don't last much longer than the Giant grocery store special. I'd definitely avoid this shop if at all possible.
