You definitely deserve a 5 star rating from me. I got this am, and wasn’t able to order the flowers for my girl friend until 11am. The flowers were delivered in a couple hours. They brought tears to her eyes. I sent them, just because!! More young people need to realize what they have and do things for no reason! She sent me a pic of the flowers and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks so much for the speedy delivery and the awesome job you did on the arrangement! Kenny’s number #1 In my book!!

If you want to know what customer services gotta listen to this one . I walked in on a Saturday I ordered 10 birthday balloons and I cleaned out the cooler of every flower and I was out the door within 15 minutes . And we're not talking about a small quantity . If that's not customer service I sure don't know what it is because the staff was incredibly helpful in my situation . Thank you Kenny's flowers your business is what business should be . Called on Saturday for a delivery on Tuesday. Ordered an FTD arrangement with white calla lillies and white roses. I very specifically asked if those were flowers they would have on hand, and was told that since the delivery was for the following week, they could "get anything I wanted in" by delivery date. Was very disappointed when I saw a picture of the flowers I ordered and the arrangement contained hydrangeas rather than calla lillies after being promised they could get the flowers i wanted. Had I known, I would have selected a different arrangement. Won't be calling here again.
