Tried to order a beautiful bouquet based on a website picture. What was delivered was dramatically different than what I selected. The value of the flowers included in the delivered bouquet paled in comparison to the value of the flowers depicted in the photo. A regular florist scam - this florist is no different than any other, they steal your money and hope you never see what gets delivered and how contrasts to what you ordered. Rip-off!

J Florist is amazing!! I walked in with a vase of flowers and they transformed my little arrangements into beautiful corsages!! I needed the corsages for my wedding the next day and even though they were closed they still helped me! Corsages were beautiful and the owner was lovely! Check out J Florist for all of your flower needs!!

Wonderful experience from a distance. I called on a Saturday morning and needed an arrangement delivered the same day for my grandmother's birthday. The owner couldn't have been nicer. The arrangement was delivered a couple hours later. She sent me a photo receipt and picture of the arrangement. It was exactly what I wanted. Made my grandmother's birthday so special. Very reasonable price. Thank you!!!

If I could take away the one star I would. I have never felt so belittled. We to J Florist for a bridal consultation. We get there and pay the $35.00 consultation fee. First, there's no place for us to sit. We had to stand at the counter. Then, the lady told us what we wanted and didn't listen to my ideas. When I turned to ask my sister a question the lady that works there says, "They don't matter [refering to my mom and sister], look at me!" We were not allowed to look through books and there were no examples of their work. We were being rushed and when I expressed what I wanted, itvwas dismissed and was asked Why. I was trying to explain what I wanted for my bouquet and she then says, "Because you're wide, it shouldn't be too big or too small. " LOL... CRAZY! The straw that broke the camels back you ask? --> My mom was looking through a book while I listened to the lady when my mom grabbed my attention for a brief second. I then asked the woman to repeat the last thing she said and she tells me, "You don't listen!" When we get upset with her poor customer service she gets upset and tries to argue with me. I explained to her NICELY why we were dissatisfied and she replies with, "Whatever". I told her I wanted a refund of my $35.00 because I was not happy with the service we received. She got more upset and continued to argue. I told her I was not going to argue with her. I DO NOT recommend this establishment for business.

My sister and ordered flowers for our cousin's funeral service. I went online to Teleflora and ordered the flowers. I know they use local florist to create and delivery the flowers to the funeral home. I really did not know what to expect as to the quality of the arrangement. When my sister and I went to the viewing last night we were so very happy with the flowers. We saw so many people looking at them and commenting how beautiful they were. I called J Florist to compliment and thank them for doing such a wonderful job. I will definitely use them again.

Our grandfather suddenly passed so we needed an arrangement sent same day. I think I spoke with the owner when I called. I just wanted to confirm that if I ordered the arrangement online would it be at all possible to have it at the funeral home; she was calm and so polite. The arrangement arrived on time and it was beautifully done. I could not be happier with the services provided by J Florist. Thank you for everything.

I wemt there on valentines day and the price of an item was 20 dollars. When I got home they had charged me 30 dollars and had tampered with the flower arrangement giving me less flowers and it looked much worse with the flowers dropping down. Last time I will buy from them.

A smaller store, but nice. Staff helped make a bouquette for me to bring home. The flowers held up pretty well, they didn't live super long, wish they lasted a bit longer but oh well. The prices were fair.

J Florist did all of the flowers for our wedding (bridal bouquet, maid of honor bouquet, boutonnieres, and corsages.) What a phenomenal job! The price was very reasonable, the service was impeccable (so friendly,) the flowers were gorgeous. Everything about their service was top notch. I highly recommend J Florist. I will definitely be using their business for all of my future flower needs.
