Ordered 3 flowers every time I go pick them up at the time for pick up. They will start making the orders right there and it won't look like the online flowers

I ordered flowers for my wife, but wanted something different than the standard dozen roses. They worked with me and made great recommendations to put together an arrangement that my wife loved and looked great! BTW- They also have a great gourment food / gifts section with the best truffles!

We traveled here from VA because the owner is passionate about floral arrangements. She will work with the bride and groom to get what they're looking for, as long as avaliable in the season. Her arrangements are beautiful. The shop isn't very big but counsels was done at a friendly environment. Parking lot, close off exit, easy to find. This is second wedding with island fliwers. Also her set up is detail friendly.

Great service and a great price. We had several arrangements delivered after the birth of my son, and the ones by Island Flowers all looked the best and lasted the longest. I called to order one arrangement without any idea what to ask for, and Jennifer was very easy to work with....she made me look great.

Oh my gosh, Island Flowers is on it! For Mother's Day, I had arranged to have flowers delivered on the Saturday before to my Mother who lives in Tampa (I'm in Michigan). I had forgot that my Mother was coming back from a trip and wouldn't be back till late Saturday night. They tried anyway to no avail. So, while I'm on the phone on Sunday, they delivered and got the job done. Thanks Island Flowers!

Worst experience ever !!!!Completely unprofessional and no communication from the company. My wife had to wait over a hour to receive the flowers after getting off of work. So the surprise was ruined and she was mad she had to wait after working all day!

Pretty arrangement but not what my mother ordered for me. Not even close. The vase was clearly put together with little thought. Unfortunate. This is suppose to be a wonderful surprise. A shame they don't take the time to make it right.

I live in Colorado and my family are spilt up across the country. I love finding local shops when I need to send flowers and support local business. Had a great experience with Island Flowers! Called to have flowers delivered to my Grandma and everything went smoothly. Paid around $60 for a bouquet of white tulips, lavender and peonies with a vase and delivery. Very reasonable price and excellent service. Will definitely call again in the future.

I was ready to spend $300 on an arrangement from your website, but your checkout cart made me enter all of my information for each iindividual item in my cart. I did that, and it still wouldn't let me pay you... I recommend fixing that.

I chose an arrangement from Teleflora, the flowers I ordered pictured at least 20 roses, large and sweetheart roses (which means there would be many more than that in the back of the arrangement) in vibrant fall colors, the flowers that were sent were pale colors and contained 8 roses in total. After 2 days most of the flowers were dead. It was a disgrace, especially considering what I paid! A total embarrassment when I was trying to express my sympathy for the death of my best friend's father. When I called to bring this to the owners attention she said "call Teleflora," she gave me absolutely no satisfaction.

Ordered prom corsage for my son's date. When I arrived to pick it up it looked nothing like the picture I had selected. The flowers seemed old. . It takes a lot to make flowers look ugly, but these sure did. Would have given only one star but the owner made a new corsage while I waited. Will not use them again.
