They take care about your gift!!. I left a note that my friend would not be available on delivery time, then the lady called me and give an option to deliver on another day to avoid extra shipping date. I thought they will just leave it on the door step. That was very nice of her!.

this is a really good place to get your flowers the lady was so nice and funny I wasnt sure what to get so she told me she would put something nice for me together. it was for my friends birthday and she loved them she said it made her day very special.. so I definitely recommend this place I will be coming back

Many thanks go to House of Arnold. My dear friend is extremely ill in Hopkins while I am out of town. I couldn't find a single national florist chain that would deliver blue roses on a short notice (her favorite flowers). I googled for a local florist hoping for better results and emailed House of Arnold to see what they could do. Suzane custom-dyed blue roses for us, crafted a lovely bouquet, and delivered them to the room with an adorable plushy bear and nice baloon. The price was reasonable and the customer service outstanding (entirely custom bouquet and everything arranged over email).

I just placed an order with Suzana here and the price was very very reasonable but what I wanted didn't look very good for the girl sending them to so Suzana reworked the arrangement to make it look absolutely amazing thank you so much House of Arnold florist 100% would recommend and do business with again

They did an amazing job!It was my mother-in-law's birthday and they made a birthday cake out of flowers.It was so pretty and unique and she absolutely loved it.I must also give them credit for handwriting the card which made my orders very personal.Great quality, great speedy delivery, and great service overall. I used House of Arnold Florist for the first time to deliver flowers to my girlfriend. Their customer service is top notch. Thank you Suzana. You are the best. I had to change the delivery date at the last minute because of schedule changes and Suzana was on top it if. She even offered to have them delivered late afternoon to accommodate but i chose to have them delivered the next morning, which was today. They delivered as requested and the flowers were beautiful and my girlfriend loved them. Needless to say, i will be using House of Arnold Florist every time i want to have flowers delivered to my girlfriend. I just want to thank them and Suzana again for exceptional service. This is hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Please do not use this place. I tried to order same day delivery flowers for my mom for when she woke up from hip surgery in the hospital. I paid for the flowers to be delivered on July 1st and was given a confirmation. I also paid extra for a get well teddy bear. By the afternoon of July 2nd, the flowers and bear were still not delivered. I called House of Arnold and spoke to a man who said the flowers were on the delivery truck. I told him "My mom has already been released from the hospital. She is at home now. Do not deliver the flowers to the hospital. Please deliver them to the following address...." He assured me they would be delivered directly to her home. They were never delivered :( When I called today, July 3rd, I asked for a refund. I am always very kind, give people the benefit of the doubt, and stay polite no matter what. The owner Suzanne was extremely aggressive, threatening, and bullying. She declared the flowers had been delivered to the hospital on July 2nd. I told her that was the problem. They were supposed to be delivered on the 1st or to my moms home on the 2nd. For some reason, she insisted on calling the hospital to prove that they were delivered to the hospital on the 2nd. I told her "My mom was already at home by that time. What good does that do?" I ended up having to call my credit card company to try to get the charge disputed but I am very concerned that Suzanne will simply lie. It's very sad that that is how a florist would treat the family member of a hospital patient. Whatever you do, do not use this business. They are scam artists and very bad people :(

I called House Of Arnold this morning and told them what colors and flowers she likes and how much I wanted to spend and they did the rest. Girlfriend says everyone at work is loving the flowers. Mothers Day. Called 20 places before I reached these guys. All closed or would not deliver that day (are you kidding - hire some extra staff -it's MOTHERS DAY!). I was overseas and my fiancee was also travelling in the baltimore area. I got the hotel name wrong so when house of arnold tried to deliver they obviously couldn't find her in the hotel. They promptly contacted me and organised for it to be delivered to the correct hotel free of charge despite it being my mistake. The flowers and hamper were awesome and my fiance loved them. House of arnold can be trusted and are very reliable

Today is my Mom’s birthday and after my prior order at Fromyouflowers sent me an email 4 hours later but a hour before my mom leaves work saying the order can’t be delivered today. I called this florist at 4pm to see if I could place an order for delivery today before 5pm. She told me yes and guaranteed it would be delivered today(my moms birthday) and before my mom left work. She was so pleasant, helpful and her customer service was great. She even sent me pictures of floral arrangements to choose from. Needless to say my Mom received her flowers at 4:30pm and it was beautiful☺️. Going forward I will be ordering from local florist. So pleased and happy. Thank you again for your promptness and quality arrangement.
