On 8/28/19, my wife's order arrived 5 hours later than specifically requested and completely missed the intended recipient. When my wife tried to call Genes Frederick Florist, they hung up on her multiple times. When the floral arrangement did arrive, 5 hours late, it was missing the balloon that we paid for. They will also harass you when you complain about the service...to the point where you have to threaten legal proceedings against them to get them to stop. Finally, they DO NOT have a shop at 8709 Fingerboard Rd Frederick, MD 21704...that is just a fraudulent posting on their website. Just use 1800 Flowers...they know how to treat customers!
