This company is a complete fraud. I ordered flowers from them to be delivered and they charged my account double the account we had agreed on. They refused to pick my calls after calling them numerous times. In the past I would go a pick up the flowers from their Clarksburg house (yes they operate out of a house). bu today, I decided to have them delivered but boy i regret that decision. I don't appreciate that they refused to pick up their phone after the time we agreed upon for deliver was 2 hours over due. It is so frustrating. They took my money, double the amount and didn't deliver the freaking flowers. I'm literally calling the cops on them and filing a dispute with my bank bcoz this is theft and deceit. Don't waste your money with these people. It is not worth the hustle TRUST ME. The flowers I ordered were a birthday gift now I have to go to Safeway to get grocery store flowers because this stupid company lied to me and stole from me. Stick to a legit company that has actual customer service because this mickey mouse operation going on is a complete SCAM

Had trouble communicating about error on delivery address (which was my fault) because of incorrect current hours listed on website, attempts to email thru contact page did not go through, and voicemail greeting makes it unclear who I was actually calling. But, once I was able to speak to them they were helpful in resolving my concerns. Recepient reported they did receive flowers and they were beautiful.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Didn't receive my order on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Email order confirmation at 8:22am; called about it at 5:15pm and was told it was out for delivery. Never came. My husband drove there the next day to pick up the flowers in person, there is no such place. He called to cancel the order and they hemmed and hawed saying we should have received them. Now we wait to see if they will refund the credit card. Buyer beware!

Short version: i never got the flowers, even after taking to them the next day. Long version: .I ordered flowers to be delivered for my wife for Valentine's day. I called multiple times to try and confirm the delivery time and was forwarded to a voicemail that was full so I couldn't leave a message. The flowers never came. I used the web site to leave a message, and received a call the next morning apologizing and offering me a larger arrangement if we still wanted the flowers. I agreed. The flowers (again) never showed up. This is not a reliable florist. Missing a delivery on Valentine's day is bad enough, but also messing up the makeup delivery is simply unacceptable.

What could be said about this place that hasn’t already been said about Afghanistan? I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, what I got was a dump on my bed pillow and a heartbroken mom, the metaphorical equivalent of pink eye. Curable, sure, but infuriating to the point where you never want to have it happen again.

Ordered a hand held bouquet for my daughter in the navy getting married and boutnier. Even discussed the color of ribbon to wrap stems. They sent a bouquet in a vase no boutnier. No one answered the phone when called so I left a message. Still no call back so my daughter will get married with a vase of flowers instead of a bouquet.

Ordered flowers for mothers day. They were dropped off in the middle of the night, brown and wilted and with a hideous lime green vase that was nothing like I ordered. Called to complain and was told to send a photo of the flowers. I did this and have not gotten a response or any effort to remedy the situation. Order your flowers from somewhere else. PS- Anyone else notice how the majority of the positive reviews seem fake...?

Randy is super helpful in assisting in selecting the best and freshest flowers in the DC metro area. I ordered flowers for my sister from this shop online. I received an email confirming delivery but she never got them. She went around to her neighbors to see if they'd received them errantly; no such luck. Several phone calls to this florist went unanswered. I left a message but no one called me back. When I finally got a hold of someone, he told me he'd have to check with his delivery driver and he'd call me back. He never called back. The only redeeming quality is that I will be reimbursed.

lillies were more plain than pictured. i could have saved a few bucks if i wanted plain lillies. also, i provided two notifications to deliver by 10am. however, when there was no delivery by 11am i called and was told morning deliveries were difficult unless for funerals. i wished i had known this and did not have the person receiving flowers waste their time waiting.

Very poor experience. Delivery not made. No follow up call was given to notify of late delivery. Received zero empathy and poor issue resolution from Dave when I called to question the issue. I did receive plenty of excuses and attitude. There are better flower shops. ... because of this post, angry flower Dave called me to say he was driving to my mother's to take back the flowers. Police had to be notified.

I ordered a plant dish garden for my mom's birthday on September 29th. I requested it be delivered between 11:00 a.m. and 12 noon the following day and nothing was delivered until around 3:00. I was out with my mom at the time of the delivery but someone was waiting for the dish garden at her house. My mom did not receive the dish garden but instead received a big pot of mums. Nothing like what I ordered or had intended for her. After I called to try and right this wrong, I was told they didn't have the dish garden, so sent this instead. No one called me to indicate this was the situation and therefore, did not give me the opportunity to choose something else for her or to let them know I did not want my mom to have a big pot of mums. I was told their policy is to call the customer but somehow this didn't happen. At this point, he offered to waive the $12.00 delivery fee which I agreed to and thanked him for. At the writing of this review, the credit has not shown up on my account and it's been two weeks. When/if this amount appears on my account, I will update this review.

Impossible to locate store. Google maps leads to a very shady building that doesn't have the flower shop. Shop is no where in sight not sure if they even have a real brick and mortar location. No one answered the phone.

Had a very disappointing experience with “Dave” (if that’s even his real name...). My 2 dozen roses were almost completely wilted when delivered, certainly not fresh as promised. What’s even worse is when I called to complain, he was completely innapropriate and rude. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

I would never patronize this florist. They advertised on their website that they were open until 8:30 pm on Tuesdays, and I drove 30 miles to pick up an arrangement; they did not answer their phone; or return phone messages; and were impossible to locate. My suggestion: don’t waste your time.
