I called and ordered flowers to be sent to my grandmother's hospital room to cheer her up. When I was sent a picture of what was delivered I was extremely disappointed. I called & emailed the florist to let them know. All they did was apologize. They do not care if the customer is satisfied or not. The arrangement was small and looked like they bought it from a grocery store and stuck it in a vase. Would not recommend them.

Terrible service! Ordered a large deluxe bouquet of flowers to be sent to my daughter in Maryland, I am from Vermont. A cheaper and much smaller bouquet that was not even close to what I ordered was delivered. When I called about the mistake the owner of the florist shop was rude and refused to refund me the difference between what I paid for and what my daughter received. An almost $30 difference. Buyer beware!!! Don't order from them!

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered to hospital. Arrangement was partially wilted when arrived. Terribly embarrassed. Patient was very sick so it took me a few days to address this with company. When I finally did they offered to send a smaller arrangement. I wasn’t satisfied with this since the person was moved to ICU where they could no longer receive flowers. I requested a refund. Never heard back. Quality and service very poor.

Came here for Valentine's Day and was simply amazed at how sweet the whole staff was, how beautiful all the arrangements were and especially by how great the prices were!! I will be coming here from now on all the time, they've proven time again that customer satisfaction is what they strive for.

My girlfriend loves black roses. I call and within an hour I have a single black rose waiting for me to pick up. The staff here is the best.

We ordered a flower arrangement delivery, and picked more expensive, "deluxe" option. What we got was overpriced, rather cheap looking bouquet that looks nothing like a picture online, it was much smaller, different color combination and not pretty at all. Very disappointed.

Great experience! a nice local flower shop with really good customer service. Good prices and a wide variety of flowers. the owners are really nice and the receptionists do more than enough to help you if you dont know too much about flowers. will def. go here again:)

I received flowers for Valentine's day, from here and they are still going strong. My fiance just mentioned the colors he wanted and I received a large arrangement with a variety of flowers. I definitely recommend sending flowers through them.
