ordered flowers for a friend who is going through a lot, arrangement had a huge hydrangea on one side, was very lopsided, looked messy, staff would not do anything, no replacement arrangement, not even a partial discount. sloppy work for $60 spent

Used this florist for anniversary flowers and they were beautiful, fresh, delivered on time and as expected. The florist was also very friendly and accomodating - she called to find out if I was OK with a flower color swap because she was out of the pink -- so many florists just swap without calling! I appreciate them taking the extra effort to contact the customer and be sure we were OK with the swap! Will definitely use again!

Took all of my information down for delivery, including payment information. Then made me responsible for calling back three separate times because they were too busy. When I called to check on order because I had not heard anything the lady stated I didn't call back the third time to finalize everything. What's a guy go to do to get a reliable flower service for his family. RIDICULOUS!
