We love this Flower Shop! 5 Stars across the board! All of the arrangements that have been ordered/delivered in the past by far "exceeds our expectations". The arrangements have such attention to detail and the flowers are of excellent quality. They last much longer than other shops in the area. Delivery is always on time. Please don't hesitate: I would highly recommend ordering from here.

I went to the shop totally overwhelmed after having been to two places that couldn’t give me what I wanted. I was greeted with a smile and a comforting voice as well as an “I can help you”. I ordered six plant gardens. When I picked them up they were beautifully put together with a mixture of colorful cut flowers interspersed with butterflies and an adorable bow. The best part was that they were totally affordable! I will be returning and telling everyone that Flowers by Lucy is the place to go.

I was so thrilled with the beautiful arrangement that was sent to a friend of mine who just had surgery. I live in Kansas, and my friend in Maryland. My friend LOVES tea, so when I saw this teacup, I knew that she would love this arrangement. I was a bit nervous not being able to see work in person, but when I called, they were so helpful and even delivered same day. Thank you so much for your great customer service and unique, beautiful product!

Everyone at Flowers by Lucy was so kind to us! They donated roses for the BAHS rose arches at graduation, and they have never turned out prettier. There was a small problem with the pick up for the roses, but Flowers By Lily opted to deliver them to the school instead. Thank you so much to the lovely staff!

If you want to be harassed by this company, then make an online purchase and don't sign up for their mailing list. They will put you on the mailing list anyway and in a span of 11 days, email you 2-3 times a day even after you choose unsubscribe from the first email you receive. When you call and ask to be taken off the mailing list, they collect information from you and still don't take you off the mailing list as you get another 2-3 emails. When you call and talk to Jim, he will tell you that "you signed up for the mailing list" implying it's your fault and will tell you it could "take a week or so" to get taken off the mailing list and then hangs up on you. This is plain and simple harassment! Jim...use a system that allows for your "unsubscribes" to be automatic as most of us in the business world do! I will NEVER do business with this company again.

My sisters in law and myself went here for flowers for my father in law’s funeral. The staff were so nice, accommodating and really helped us feel comfortable during this tuff time. When I saw the arrangements, I was so pleased. They looked so good. I highly recommend them. Will definitely use them again. Thank you for bringing me some sunshine on such a tuff day

I ordered flowers for my mom for her birthday. The flowers were delivered when promised. They were the most beautiful flowers, the arrangement was so big and fresh. My mom kept telling me for over 3 weeks how long they were lasting and how beautiful they still are. I would highly recommend ordering from them anytime you need flowers.

Seen a item on line that was listed for $5, I called and wanted to make sure they still had it and when I told them what the price was they just laughed. They said it was a misprint and wouldn't honor the price that was shown and didn't offer a dicounted price. The people are a joke. Will never buy anything from them. I have pics on my phone of this item for this price as well.

I recently had surgery and a friend sent me the Teleflora's Be Happy® Bouquet With Roses. It's been almost two weeks since I received them and they are still holding up strong, beautiful as ever! That is the longest I have ever had flowers hold up from a florist. Very impressed, and the bouquet is beautiful! Makes me smile every morning.

I recently ordered a planter arrangement for a friends viewing service that I was unable to attend. While I have not personally seen the arrangement, I did receive several message from friends telling me how “BEAUTIFUL” the arrangement was and the personal touches I requested were very nice. The arrangement was one of only two that the decedents family chose to take home. I ordered the planter arrangement on the phone and had very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Lucy’s and will be a repeat customer as needed. I only wish I could’ve seen them personally.

Ordered the Teleflora garden romance in standard size. Living out of town, I wanted to send flowers to my mothers work for Mothers day. The pros: The flowers were delivered on the set date to the correct address, the flowers weren't half dead and looked great, and she loved them. However Im a little upset that there were 3 flowers that were supposed to be in the bouquet that were not. I know this is common for florists to substitute but, come on no hydrangea, no lavender OR alstroemeria? Feel as though I was ripped off but my mom loved them, so thats the reason for 3 stars.
