Absolutely terrible customer service!!
My husband ordered an arrangement online and this florist is who was supposed to deliver it on Valentine's Day (Saturday). We received a call saying they were just too busy to get it delivered and would deliver it on Tuesday My husband had to call to them to talk them into delivering it on Monday. He was not at home at the time of delivery on Monday to know that what we received was nothing like what was ordered. When he called the florist, he spoke to the owner, explained that what we received was nothing at all that even resembled what was order, to which the owner replied, "But what you got is beautiful, right?" Uh, yes, but it's not what I ordered!! He ordered an orange bouquet in an orange pail. What we received was a bouquet of purple flowers in nothing. except a water soaked piece of foam and plastic wrap. After going around and around with the owner, he finally said that what he ordered he does not have. Then why did you get the online order and why were we not called to be informed you did not have it. Instead this florist just made up any arrangement they wanted and sent it out. Finally the owner said he would get an orange arrangement out to us the following day, Tuesday. Of course, Tuesday came and went with no delivery. After noon on Wednesday came and went, my husband called and spoke to the owner again, who said he forgot about it and asked what we wanted him to do about it. At this point we wanted our money back and, of course, he said he couldn't do that because it was purchased via the internet so he hadn't gotten paid for it yet either. My husband old him he needed to get an arrangement to us before the close of business that day, and finally at 5pm we received "an arrangement", but it still wasn't close to the arrangement that was ordered ad was supposed to be delivered 4 days before. We will never be using this florist again!!
