Do not waste your money at this florist shop. My father, who doesn't have a credit card, asked me to help him order flowers for my mother for their 39th wedding anniversary. He wanted something really special and dramatic for her. We went on the website and he picked out a beautiful and very large arrangement. He specifically wanted the premium version of the Dreaming in Pink Long Stemmed Roses. According to the website this arrangement was supposed to be approximately 20 1/2"W x 27 1/2"H. The arrangement itself was $167, with taxes and delivery fees it cost $200. I received a call from someone the day after I placed the order who said they didn't have enough of the dark pink roses and asked if light pink would be OK in place of some of them, which I said would be fine. The arrangement was delivered on the morning I requested and when my mom sent me the picture, I was floored at how sad looking this arrangement was. The arrangement was probably about 15 inches tall. It looked nowhere near what the photo on the Internet showed. I called the office and asked to speak to a manager. He would not discuss this issue with me at all. He said the arrangement online had 30 roses in it and he gave me 30 roses so I got my $167 worth of flowers. The manager told me that the tall vase shown in the photo onine could not realisitically hold 30 roses and you "can only make the stems so long". So in other words the photo of that arrangement online is totally false. I was told by the manager that the only thing he could do for me was to go back and get the flowers and refund my money, other than there's nothing he could do. So after my father was completely disappointed at this pathetic arrangement, the only option he had was to tell my mother that she had to return her anniversary flowers. Cedar Hill florist is a waste of money. You could save yourself the dissapointment by just going to the grocery store and shoving some flowers into a crappy vase because that's the quality of the product you get at Cedar Hill florist for $200. I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Every time I've gone in there they always make up whatever I need and for a great price. Went in today for a bouquet for a preschooler Graduation. The guy made it up in 10 minutes and it was beautiful. My granddaughter is going to be so happy!!! Love this place!!!

I could not have been more disappointed. My family has used Cedar Hill for decades, but that stops today. I purchased a teleflora arrangement to be filled by Cedar Hill for my Uncle’s funeral. As a lifelong farmer, he owned many a Chevy pickup, and when I saw the timeless pickup arrangement in a keepsake Chevy from the 60’s I smiled. This was him! I grew up around him and always treasured my time picking tomatoes and corn with him and riding in his truck . Well, when I arrived at the funeral home I saw the arrangement....in a sports car! I called and the man who answered the phone gave the standard “we can substitute if we don’t have an item”. I understand this, but when it’s for a funeral and the verse for the card is about a farmer wouldn’t a compassionate and customer focused business think that maybe they should notify the customer? And really, a Monte Carlo super sport is a suitable substitute for a Chevy pickup? The solution offered....well we can come pick it up if you don’t like it. What! Come Pick it up in the middle of the viewing! I was so furious and saddened that I just hung up. So please, think carefully before you order from here.

I recently received a flower arrangement with wilting greens, thought I would pep them up with water. Discovered that there was no oases and the lilly bud did not open. Day after day the arrangement looked worse.The entire arrangement is ready to be discarded. I shall suggest that my kids do not use your services again !!!
