Stop ordering from big, national online florists that will fedex your arrangement and have the recipient assemble it themselves. The flowers I got from Blue Iris for my wedding was beautiful and high quality. I got 250+ stems and each flower was perfect! I had the flowers for a few, very hot days before the wedding and none of the flowers had any problems. The staff is personable and very helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This is the first time I've ever written a review for anything. My mom passed just over a week ago. I had cared for her full time in her home for over four years. When I walked into the Blue Iris I had slept maybe 6 hours in 3 days. I was an absolute mess and could barely put a coherent sentence together. Allison couldn't have been sweeter. She was extremely patient with me and just let me blab and blab and blab some more. Now to the actual flower arrangements. BEAUTIFUL! Allison, if you by chance read this, you have a true gift. I was truly blown away by how pretty the flowers were and how they were arranged. I truly hope you succeed with your business. If heaven forbid you don't, consider becoming a shrink. You did wonders for me.

Googled them then called then went in and was greeted and waited on promptly and the selection was great and ahe even made it more spectacular bought it. Then wrapped and bagged some other cute items that i couldnt resist..so pleasant. Will return and recommend highly

The staff was genuinely rude and impatient. "No fresh cut flowers" the day before Mother's Day. The selection was limited to two average-looking bouquets. You'd have better luck in Soviet Russia. Evidently, considering the other negative reviews, they have economic issues. Supply of quality labor and product both seem to fall well short of demand on at least a recurring basis. Take your business to a florist that has flowers.

I've bought flower arrangements from Blue Iris on multiple occasions, Mother's Day, Funerals, Valentines, Just because, etc; and I am never disappointed. Allie is great at communicating with costumers so she knows just what they want. Her and her staff genuinely care about the costumer, and that's just not something you get with an online floral service. Take your floral needs to Blue Iris and you will be in good hands!

I called at 11:20 to order flowers for a funeral the next day at 9 am and was told they would not be able to get any order ready in time for the service. I was expecting more since their website says same day orders placed by 11:00 am (only 20 minutes before I called) would be filled by 5. The woman was very cordial on the phone but gave me no other option. I called another local florist and had no trouble getting my order filled.

I have used Blue Iris Flowers multiple times. The owner is friendly and accommodating, the prices are reasonable, and the service is efficient. I ordered a birthday bouquet and they had it delivered to my girlfriend's school 3 hours later.
