I'm in Kansas and needed flowers delivered for a memorial service in Maryland. I selected Bell Flowers from several possibilities returned by a Google search, and was very glad I did. After placing the order for delivery to a Friday memorial service, they checked with the funeral home and discovered there was a wake on Thur, besides the memorial on Fri. They called me with this information and, thanks to their diligence, the flowers were delivered in time for the Thursday wake, and then moved by the funeral home to another location for the Friday memorial. I certainly appreciated this excellent service on Bell's part. Additionally, although the arrangement I ordered was neither the largest nor the most expensive on display at the services, the family selected it as the one they took home after the Friday memorial service. It was a beautiful arrangement at a very reasonable price.

I reside in Cleveland, Ohio and relied upon the Google ratings to decide on a florist. I like to use local florists because they have a knowledge of what are the best pickings in their area and are usually much more creative. I was not disappointed! Bell Flower's customer service was excellent, they even sent me a picture of the sent arrangement. As fate would have it the floral arrangement was one of the last things my step mother and I spoke of ...she died the two days after she received it. Even though she was quite ill she was able to acknowledge the beauty of the flowers and how lovely they smelled. Brings to mind the quote "...please give me my flowers before I die" Grateful that I was able to do so and grateful to bell Flowers for making it happen

Rosemary took the time to talk to me about a number of options and offered to send a photograph of the finished bouquet for my approval before it was sent out. The photos amazed me.--we hadn't talked about particular flowers or color but the arrangement was exactly what I wanted. I contacted Bell Flowers late on the weekend (after 4PM) to order flowers for a funeral. Bell was able to deliver a spray filled with the deceased favorite colors by Monday. The follow up care and concern conveyed by Chad will keep Bell in my thoughts for any future floral needs.

Went to an event sponsored by the Asbury Performing Arts Theatre which was a celebration of women for a Valentine's Day charitable event. First, let me say that the venue smelled so beautiful with the aroma of flowers in the air. I received one beautiful long-stemmed rose with a Bell Flowers flag on it when I arrived, and they had the most gorgeous arrangement that was going to be given away to a lucky guests. Although I didn't get the arrangement, I was so impressed by its beauty that I will definitely use Bell Flowers in the future. They absolutely enhanced the event!

My son was thrilled to get a birthday flower arrangement delivered to his office today! I thought it would be a nice way to mark his special day and brighten up his office. The arrangement was stunning, and looked exactly like it was shown on the Bell Flowers website (actually, it looked even more beautiful). Ordering was a snap online. I placed the order at 10:00 p.m. at night and the flowers were hand delivered to a busy DC office building by 2:00 p.m. the next day. Thank you Bell Flowers!!! Not happy. Ordered a pricey arrangement to be delivered at an agreed upon time - that didn’t happened. What’s more, the size that eventually showed up equated to about $13 PER flower !!! Really. I learned an embarrassing lesson.

There was an issue with the flowers getting delivered and my friend didn't receive them. They weren't delivered because of the building front desk didn't communicate their arrival to my friend. I notified Bell's Flower of the issue and even though it wasn't their fault, they are sending another flower arrangement to my friend.
