First off, thank you for helping me brightening the day of someone dear to my heart. I enjoyed the whole experience. I'm not from Maryland but I picked an awesome florist to meet my needs. Even had a discussion about Prince, purple balloons, & a college paper on him lol. Wonderful florist, highly recommend

I ordered for my mom birthday enchanted cottage. What we got, not even close to the picture. I will not even complain about this. What is my problem, when we called around 1:30pm, we been promised that flowers arrive before 5pm. At 4:45pm I got call, that delivery stuck in traffic, but it will be in about 20 minutes. No flowers arrive in 20 minutes, nothing even in 40 minutes. Delivery was complete AFTER 6PM. Some lady run in to my parents house, start mumbling something that no one understand what she even try to say. Yes, flowers are beautiful, but wrong. First what we received, and on second what it should be. One star, for late delivery, and sending wrong flowers Promises me exact same flowers will not fix the issue. The biggest issue wast that delivery was AFTER 6PM!!! Even, I was promise flowers will be delivered before 5pm. Do you see difference between After and Before? Honestly I do, and cant understand why no one was able to contact me and explain me situation? I can understand speech disorder, I can understand when someone calling me and keeping me posted what is happening. I can't understand when I talk with owner on the phone and mention that I try to call around 5pm try to find out what is going on, and no one answer phone. And on this respond owner saying "its impossible. we forwarding all phone calls" Do I really need exact same flowers for next time? I don't think so. Do I really going to use you again? Even after you try to make visibility doing right, I will not use your company again.

A friend and his wife sent us a fantastic floral display in celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary. The floral display was outstanding! People who saw the plant in person and pictures commented on how beautiful it was. I will visit them the next time I am in Baltimore to express my feeling for the lovely display. Let's support them!

This place is so awesome. I only had $10 they treated me as though I had $1,000 it was an awesome experience please go to the store and buy your flowers your gifts Etc it was a great experience. My $10 arrangement was so awesome you could you just can't imagine it. When my sister received her flower arrangement she probably thought I paid a lot of money for it it was awesome. It deserves five stars

You may be amazing at what you do, but the exact same basket of flowers delivered on the exact same day from a florist down the street from you was $15.00 less expensive. Needless to say, I went with them.
