Ordered for B-Day a day in advance. No confirmation email received. Next day called them, and was assured that my order will be delivered during the next 3 hours (it was around 2:30 pm). On my question why I didn't receive a confirm. email, and I do not even know my Order #, I was told that I will receive it AFTER my order will be delivered. Despite of that, when I called customer service, they asked me for the Order#, which I obviously never received from them (remember? a confirm. email will be sent after delivery - according to them). Bottom line: my order was NEVER delivered. I am very upset and disappointed, because I told to the B-Day person to expect a bouquet from me, and she never got it. Next day I spent a lot of time with their representative and their manager Rana Arshad. He couldn't explain how it happened, and told me that my order was cancelled by somebody who at the same day placed another order, spent some extra money that it will be delivered before noon, they didn't do delivery, and this person cancelled HER order. However, they cancelled mine. Their website states: "As a family-owned florist, we know the importance of service and value. You can count on us to serve all of your floral needs". Well, apparently, they don't, and we cannot. They even cannot see the difference between two orders which are placed on the same day (also, different bouquets, flower choices and colors) to the same address by two different clients. Not a reliable business. Disappointed by disorganization of this business, by their inability to explain what happened, by their slippery way to deal with the problem and mix facts, without any positive results. Time on the phone spent is completely useless, - going around and around with questions which are not related in any way to the order/delivery topic with zero result. Not confident, nor reliable.
