Flowers were beautiful but don't opt for the delivery option. They never even delivered my order, my girlfriend had to go and pick them up at the shop. Way to ruin the surprise. Never got the money back for delivery charge either.

Their delivery service needs work. They left a note on my door at 1:05 saying I missed a flower delivery and to call them - I called and the phone simply rang and was no option to leave a message. I went to the website and found out they closed at 2pm. If you’re going to close less than an hour after an attempted delivery perhaps you should first try calling the recipient at the number provided in the order? Especially if you have no message system, email etc. to arrange a delivery or pickup.
