Quite disappointed in this florist. I ordered an expensive bouquet that looked beautiful and full online to get a pathetic looking arrangement. I even paid for an upgrade on top of it, but I seriously just wasted more money. My mother in law, who received the flowers was just "meh" about them even though she was pretending to be excited. I wish there were reputable florists around.

I ordered the Gentle Thoughts Spray 1 day before required for a wake. I went up one increment from the basic price and asked for all white flowers. They did a beautiful job. Yes, I had to pay a delivery charge, but the people were pleasant and helpful and the flowers were well worth the price, including the delivery. It was a pleasure to deal with them after being rudely treated by the one shop in Rumford. Thank you Flower Barn!

I had gotten online to order flowers for my mom on Saturday after 12pm. (I didn't realize they closed at noon). I believe her name was Kate called me around 2pm and said she recieved the order and would get them out to her anyway!!! Amazing customer service right there! My mom was very excited and loved the arrangement.Thank you for going above and beyond!

I'm very disappointed! My mom ordered me flowers for my birthday and I live in the dorm halls at UMF, the woman doing the delivery gave my flowers to a random person! Just a random student who said they would give it to my Community Assistant. But you never know! That person could have stolen them. I'm extremely upset. Wont be buying from here again!!! That's awful service.
