Owner is extremely rude and over bearing. She actually hung up the phone rudely as the customer was in mid sentence as she can’t take critical feedback. Would not allow customer to speak and kept interrupting. Received a phone call for a surprise flower arrangement, which no one was home for. There was no phone call or text asking if someone would be home. This company never confirmed someone would be home to accept the arrangement. The arrangement would be delivered three days after the intended and The owner refused to refresh the arrangement with new flowers. The whole point besides the fresh flowers is - if they would have called the recipient ahead to find out if they were home, the delivery could be scheduled on another day with fresh flowers. Very inificient way to run a business whose supposed the owners made sure to state in defense she’s been been ‘in business for 35 years’.

I placed an order online for my grandmother's birthday since I am out of state. The order was accepted and email confirmation received. When I called later that day to say that it was alright to leave the flowers at her front door since she may be out to dinner, I was yelled at for being able to place the order. I was told she was going on vacation and that there was no way I placed an order. She then proceeded to tell me that it isn't her fault her website messed up, she thought she had blocked it from taking orders. I told her that it just puts me in a situation of not being able to send flowers now since it is too late in the day for other florists to accept and deliver any order. She was extremely rude then said she wasn't sure how to do the refund so she would drop the money off at my parents house nearby later that night. I called and found out the money wasn't there and messaged her and she said that she thinks she left it at the wrong house. My father then had to go to the other house to pick up the money... The whole situation was ridiculous and I will never recommend them to anyone!

Tried to call for 20 minutes. Nobody answered so they lost a huge sale to Thoms Twin City Florist. He apparently appreciates the business more seeing as he answered his phone on the first ring.

The floral arrangements from prestige HOF were beautiful. I had so many compliments from my wedding guests. Dolly was great, willing to work with my tight flower budget. I feel like she understood exactly what I wanted and made it happen. Would use PHOF again without hesitating

Always go to Prestige Flowers. The girls are all nice helpful and polite. Arrangements, gift shop of beautiful gifts or for yourself. Prices are good and never a problem with anything. They help you with what you're thinking. Thank you.

The lady was singularly unpleasant. Rude, overbearing, unhelpful and unprofessional. Particularly upsetting as I was ordering an arrangement for friends who had just lost a child. I would recommend you to do as I did and take your business elsewhere. There are several lovely florists nearby who treat clients with courtesy.

I can not say enough about how wonderful the owner, Dolly is! I planned my cousins wedding and Dolly made all of the centerpieces and bouquets, I can not even describe how beautiful they were. When she delivered them to the wedding venue I cried. She took my vision of what I wanted the centerpieces and bouquets to look like and completely exceeded my expectations. I live out-of-state and called Prestige for a small sympathy arrangement. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant enough, but rushed the entire order process - and was obviously mostly interested in getting payment info. I had to literally stop her before she hung up on me because she hadn't even asked what color rose I wanted! And then she hung up on me before even giving me a final price. The arrangement was delivered no problem and the arrangement was what I wanted (I made sure of that), but then I get a call from Prestige a week later saying there was a problem with payment. The "problem" was that they had written down the wrong exp. date for my cc. I took the opportunity to mention that whoever had helped me originally did seem a little rushed, and that was probably why they had the wrong date. I was just about to ask how much the total was for the order when the woman RUSHED ME OFF THE PHONE AGAIN. I just laughed - customer service is NOT second nature to some, apparently! Sidenote: I used to work in a flower shop, so I know the correct way to do things (which includes telling the customer what the total price for the order is). I also want to note that this was not holiday time, and I think it's safe to assume that a florist in Biddeford, Maine was not so incredibly swamped that they couldn't give me two minutes on the phone.
