Outstanding customer service. My wife and I celebrated our 15th year anniversary and I wanted to get her a nice bouquet with her favorite flower (calla lilies). They told me they didn't have any in stock (in fact, none of the florists did when I called around) but can order them for next day and get them delivered before my wife has to leave to work. The beautiful bouquet was in fact delivered by noon time as requested before my wife left for work. I will definitely use them again. Thank you Fleur De Lis!

Unfriendly staff. Called to order flowers for Valentine's day and felt little respect as a customer. In their defense, I'm sure they were a bit overwhelmed by Valentine's day.

Fleur De Lis has consistently produced beautiful floral designs for a variety of occasions! They are my go-to florist in the Portland area whenever I need a floral arrangement for a special occasion. Their designs are not cookie-cutter (thank goodness, because I pride myself on creative gifts) and their staff is always very helpful! I highly recommend Fleur De Lis!

Flew to Portland for my birthday weekend. We stayed at the Hyatt Old Port. My husband ordered flowers to be in the room when I arrived. When I opened the door the smell of the flowers was beyond imaginable. And the bouquet was gorgeous!! The design was incredible. My flowers made it through 2 flights, back to my home in Green Bay. I asked for ballons but they were not that kind of flower shop. They were an upscale shop they said when it would have been less snooty just to say they didnt carry ballons. She said that several times. Between that and the price tag...i wont be calling on them again. I will stick with with the shops us commoners use!

Rachel was incredible! She worked with my tight budget and helped me come up with ideas for the flowers that I wanted. She was friendly, on time and the flowers were beautiful! So beautiful that i dried some and preserved some. I will definitely recommend Fleur de Lis for sure!

I could not get lilacs anywhere else. My mom had called the shop inquiring about lilacs for my wedding bouquet. After several other shops had turned us away, Fleur De Lis was the answer to our flower prayers. They went out of their way to find a wholesaler that still had fresh lilacs. We had over ordered, and they only sold us what we needed. They were the freshest lilacs I have seen. The customer service was also impeccable. I highly recommend this shop.
