My brother and I went in and told the person taking orders for Mother's Day exactly the types of flowers we wanted for each of our moms. When delivered neither had any of the flowers we asked for. I saw inside their case. They had all the types we asked for. Horrible never buying flowers from here again!

Excellent customer service. Compassionate owner & staff. I ordered a flower arrangement to be sent after a friend's passing. I am out of state and made a number of mistakes. When the Funeral Home responded that they were not expecting deliveries for my friend, the florist owner contacted me for the address of the family for delivery. When I gave the wrong address and they had trouble delivering, the owner took it upon herself to make some phone calls to track down the proper address. The amount of compassion shown during this experience touched me during a difficult time, and I'm so grateful. Remember. Buy Local. And when you're in MDI, buy at Fairwinds!
