I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the flowers that I ordered for a funeral. My friend's mother passed away and the funeral was out-of-state. I ordered a very nice bouquet, relying specifically on the design shown on this florist's website. Although I was told the container might look different, I was assured that the flowers needed to duplicate the arrangement were available. My friend took a picture of the arrangement and it looks nothing like the photo on the website! Cheaper flowers were used than what I paid for and at no time did the florist disclose to me that this is what the arrangement would end up looking like or that I wasn't paying for a display identical to what I saw on and ordered from the website. Really disappointing and in connection with someone's loss, no less. Would not recommend dealing with this florist unless you're there in the shop and confirm what your flowers will look like.

I ordered carnations for a Mothers Day celebration at an assisted living community. They never arrived. They offered to deliver the carnations but I was not interested in receiving the carnations after the holiday. They credited my account and apologized.

I have always had great service and exceptional flowers for ALL occasions and the gifts n cards they carry are a very nice choice n some quite different. When I lost my husband they went above n beyond for me n did some really great work by spelling out DAD and adding his beloved RedSox n Patriots memoribelia to the personal touches to the prices I could not have been more pleased.
