Spent a lot on a valentine's flowers for my wife while I am away working. Arrangement was nothing like the picture online. They used a lot of cheaper looking substitutions for the flowers that were supposed to be in it. Do not recommend these people and will never get my business again.

Totally disappointed, ordered online and received NOTHING like the picture. They did their own substitution of the arrangement and delivery was horrible. And what's worst after talking to them they still didn't offer anything. Payed 60 bucks for something I could have done with 10.

My wife and I came in from out of town for our wedding. We were all DIY so we did the flowers ourselves. We knew we needed to find a reputable florist who could do large quantities, and we heard about Villere's form a local. We were very pleased with nearly everything from start to finish! We arrived on Friday afternoon and were met by Madison, who could not have been sweeter and more helpful. She took us to each of the refrigerators and showed us the selections, then left us alone to create each of our arrangements, checking in every so often. We designed our three arrangements, and also ordered a bunch of green, a bouquet and a boutonniere. We paid and left, promising to be back at 8am the next day. When I arrived the next morning, the flowers and greens had been picked and were waiting in water in the fridge, the bouquet and boutonniere had been made (so beautiful!) and everything was in order. My only complaints: I had to ask them to replace a few broken and dying flowers (those should have never made it into the pick in the first place) and they took their sweet time wrapping everything up (for a guy picking up flowers the morning of his wedding, every minute counts.) I highly recommend Villere's if you need a florist.

Selecting wedding flowers and a headpiece was an intimidating experience until I found the Wedding Coordinator, Tremeka, at Villere's. Her patience and floral knowledge helped me at every step along the way. My headpiece was a masterpiece as well as all of the bouquets and arrangements.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. If I could give ZERO stars I would! Ordered flowers for a friend. She had a death in her family and wanted to send her something to bright up her day. What she received was hideous! I spent a total of $51.00 for what shows in the picture. I called to request to speak to a supervisor and Kim told me that they were not available that she could help me. I explained to her the issue and told me that those plant are not in season which is completely understandable I told her that the least they could of done was to give me a call letting me know that the arrangement literally had 3 small flowers (they ask for your phone number when you place your order) and I continue explaining to her that I had paid $51.00 for only 3 small flowers. She then rudely said that " actually it was ONLY $35 that you spent" I was so upset by her comment and I was very discussed by her attitude. I told her that my total was $51 with delivery and tax. Even if it was "ONLY" $35.00 It's a place of business. My flower arrangement was completely different than what is showed online and they do not care about taking your money! THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE.

I called late on a Friday for a weekend delivery and spoke directly with the owner. She was sweet and patient as it took me a while to figure out what I wanted. In the end I landed on the ‘Daily Special’ and trusted that the florist would design something pretty with a fall theme. Shana suggested delivering them first thing on Saturday morning and if my cousin wasn’t home, they would be able to go back later in the day. The flowers were delivered promptly at 10am and absolutely perfect!

I've ordered from here twice now. I've been disappointed twice. What is shown in the picture is not what is delivered. This place will not get another dime of my money and I send flowers to my wife twice a month. They must have a blind person who makes their arrangements.

I have shopped at Villerie’s back when I lived in New Orleans and was always pleased with their work and timely delivery. However, I was massively dissapointed in my most recent purchase. I bought flowers online to be delivered to my mom for her birthday as I couldn’t be there. The picture of the flowers online were gorgeous and looked worth the $78. To my extreme disappointment, my mom FaceTimed me excited about the flowers because of the sweet thought but was appalled I had spent so much money on such a pitiful bouquet. It looked like a sad bunch of dying flowers, some of which were not even the tulips I had purchased. While in the past villeries has done well, DO NOT TRUST THEIR ONLINE PICTURES. You will be sorely dissapointed and while no money spent on my mother is a waste, the flowers looked like a sad $20 bouquet versus the gorgeous and affluent $78 one in the online picture.

Horrible experience this morning when speaking to a wedding florist coordinator named Trameka. Lol of all places to work ! She is EXTREMELY unprofessional!!!! Very nasty! Very Classless! I was literally in the middle of making a payment but she was so rude, I just hung up on her. I will NEVER patron a business that treats its customers so poorly.

These guys are awesome! They have a wonderful selection and the staff were very friendly. We we're there maybe 15 minutes and we were asked if we needed help 3 times. The only thing is they are a bit pricey. I bought 4 flowers and my bill was over $10, but the quality was fantastic so I really can't complain too much.

Very disappointed when I called on Saturday to order flowers for a funeral and was told repeatedly that anything I ordered could not be guaranteed since flowers were limited following Valentine's Day. When I attempted to explain that I was not requesting anything specific I was rudely reminded that we were "just coming off of Valentine's Day".. as if my family member's death and funeral were an inconvenience. Sad to think you are in this business and have no compassion during someone's time of grief!

All family members were “blown away” by the the artistry and the way the three arrangements complimented each other.
