The arrangement that was delivered was not what I ordered.... Not even close. They did reach out the next day and sent out a new arrangement that looked almost exact to what I ordered.

We just ordered flowers for my Husbands 70th birthday celebration. I took my containers to Rickey Heromans and explained exactly what I wanted, along with colors. I have never seen such beautiful arrangements that were done. I just wanted to say how pleased I am with any order that I place from this florist. Keep up the good work, Rickey!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kudos to you and your staff of designers.

I've depended on Rickey's for many years and won't order from anyone else. Their candles, unique home decor and seasonal decorations make great gifts and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I'm writing this review because I recently recommended them to a friend for a funeral arrangement. A few days after the family was back home they reached out to let my friend know how very personal it felt to them because of the quality of the flowers and the beauty of the arrangement which, they said, obviously had taken quite a bit of time to prepare. I'd never heard that kind of feedback before and wanted to share how touched they were. I highly recommend Rickey's.

I went there last Monday and did a cash-n-carry order. The salesperson working that day was very attentive and helpful. She gave me exactly what I asked for and even cut the flowers for me. I thought the price was fair ($85) and got an itemized receipt detailing what I got at what price. I was completely satisfied. I returned the following Saturday (yesterday) to a different staff, got the same arrangement but a different vase (that had no price on it) and was charged $112. Less than 24 hours later the hydrangeas and two of the lillies I got are already wilted. I got no itemized receipt which also makes me feel I was over charged. I won’t be returning to Rickey’s unless the person I first worked with is there. She went over and beyond with her customer service. There was a guy working there Saturday that didn’t even acknowledge me until he saw how much I’d spent. I’m giving them 3 stars only because of the service I received last Monday. Otherwise this would’ve been a 1-Star review.

I was in a jam and quickly needed to send flowers to the west coast - I called Rickey Heroman's for help, and they made it so easy! "No problem - we'll make sure it gets there this afternoon." It was an incredible relief for me to not have to worry about it! If you're like me, you don't have time to waste trying to figure things out like sending flowers to someone. It's so nice to be able to call Rickey and have his incredible staff take care of everything - they always go over and above whatever it takes to take care of me when it comes to sending joy. A great selection of gift items...I found a wedding gift for a friend and a pair of "Peepers" (a combo of sunglasses/readers) for me. They have a very friendly and helpful staff. My gift was beautifully wrapped...an additional service that saves time and money.

That in itself is worth working with Rickey. Rickey is not only civic-minded, he is also extraordinarily talented with flowers. His arrangements are chic, elegant, exotic, and exquisite. If you are looking for carnations in a bud vase with baby breaths, this is NOT the place for you. HOWEVER, if you want breathtaking flowers that will stop the show then Rickey Heroman is the florist for you.
