Woo Hoo!! The best experience EVER- with a florist and I'm from Indiana! I was trying and trying and trying to send a surprise flower arrangement to my sister and her husband's 50th Anniversary . They were boarding a cruise ship in New Orleans and the ship did not have an on-board florist. (It was a small ship). The flowers had to arrive between 10AM-1PM the day the ship was to leave port. I had tried FTD and they promised everything was set. WRONG. I called to confirm the order and 'lo and behold' they could not guarantee the order! I tried Pro Flowers, 800Flowers . Each took the order but I later found they couldn't do it!!!! I was dumbfounded and decided to try a local florist from New Orleans. Found GREAT reviews for 'Flora Savage' and called and Emily answered and was the most personable, rep. I had talked to. Took all the info (ship's name, the room # , Cruise line #, address the delivery was to be taken to) everything I asked for!! Flora Savage designed the most beautiful arrangement for a 50th Anniversary I have ever seen!! On Time , to the right place, even called to tell me they had delivered it. High Fives to Emily and Flora Savage--Thank You So Much!!

I booked a delivery online at about 2AM. I live in Oklahoma and my girlfriend in New Orleans. The arrangement was delivered fast and quickly soon after 10AM. Fast service, though a bit pricey, but everything was perfect. The finishing touch was the hand written card. I will definitely use again! Thank you Flora Savage!

Beautiful bouquet and prompt delivery! I ordered all the way from WA state. The arrangement didn't have all the flowers in the photo, but Flora Savage substituted the lilys for orchids.. There was another substitute as well, but all were of equal value to bring together the same feel of the original bouquet. And they do state this may happen depending on what is available this time of year. Thanks Flora Savage! Truly a lovely bouquet for my friend.

Susie envisioned exactly what I wanted as I described the look I had in mind and did not fail to impress me with her creative talents. The bountiful arrangements were fresh, current, dramatic and scented as beautifully as they looked. Her arrangements far exceeded what I imagined and many people inquired about our floral designer. They accidentally sent my girlfriend her flowers a week early (we where able to laugh about it, and she was happy for the flowers anyway) sent a whole new bouquet of new flowers on her birthday free of charge, and had called to apologize profusely and offer the new flowers.

He has sent me several arrangements from them, which have all been fabulous. This one is "over the top" gorgeous, and apparently exactly what he had hoped. I am one lucky mom, and I love the work of Flora Savage. Their creations take my breath away!

I called to get a quote for wedding flowers. She said send an email. I sent an email to get a quote-we needed 2 bouquets and 2 boutonnieres. I never heard back so I called again. The lady told me she couldn't get a quote to me for several weeks. I told her well the wedding would be the same week as the quote -maybe I should get these somewhere else. She said " good idea" and hung up!! HOW RUDE! I called back and she said she was the owner and she was already so busy. What kind of flower shop cant handle 2 bouquets for a month away?!?! I walked in about 5 min to closing. The florist was easy to talk to, stayed right in my price range and didn't make me feel rushed at all. The flowers (hydrangeas and stargazer lillies) were arranged beautifully. Due to our travel needs, I didn't want to buy a vase and wanted something more than having them just wrapped. The florist thought quickly and grabbed what I can only describe as a cardboard vase. Now, four days later, the flowers look as good as they did on day 1. Beautiful flowers, great arrangement. I'm very happy and so is my wife.
