Nina Florist is a great flower shop. It's owner donates to a non-profit known as Forgive and Release (grief partners) for the last two years. This year their donation was used for presents for a senior facility. The residents were so pleased with their Beautiful flowers. They are a true blessing to the Springdale and surrounding areas.

I live in Indianapolis, but would rather give my business to a local florist, than an online florist. I've also found you save a little money on delivery, that way. I placed my order, stating that I would leave the arrangement up to the florist, with only one stipulation: NO PINK. Well, delivery was $15, just as online. In the photo the recipient sent, there were three large hot pink flowers along with some smaller pink "filler type" flowers. It was otherwise a pretty nice bouquet, but I was not happy to see the pink, and our local florist charges about 33% less for delivery ($10)

Nina's Florist is great!! My girlfriend is from a small town in Texas. She went back home for a while. I wanted to surprise her with her with her favorite flowers, which are Orchids. I was helped by a gentleman named Cory. I gave him her address, and there where no florist in their network in that area. So he google searched for florist in that area, and printed out a list of shops. I'm thinking it's down hill from here.. Wrong.. My next roadblock was finding someone who had Orchids in stock, and would deliver that far out. So, Im on the phone calling around and in between customers he is making calls too. After about 40 minutes of calling around. Cory found a shop that carried Orchids and would deliver to the town. My girlfriend got the Orchids and loves them!! Cory went above and beyond of what he had to do. Especially since they weren't getting a sale. For that I am thankful, and wanted to give them this review. Keep up the good work!!

I had ordered some flowers for a funeral of a beloved "second mother," and somehow they went astray. Mike was amazingly kind about it and delivered another arrangment--free of charge!--for her grave on Mother's Day. Kudos to Mike and Nina's!

Unprofessional staff, rude! Their greeting me to walking through the door was, "We're closing in 6 minutes." Wow! And didn't provide any assistance thereafter! I used them for my wedding years ago but won't ever again! Good customer service goes a long way!
