I ordered a wind chime for a family members funeral. The wind chime was taken at the funeral home. The florist replaced it no questions asked. It was delivered to my aunt's house. The wind chime was very beautiful and my aunt is very happy. I appreciate everything they did.

Website didn't work at an important time during my aunt's funeral. But the store corrected for the error and dealt with the complaint well. Very nice.

VERY. Dissapointed Ordered flowers on December 23rd to be delivered on Christmas Eve for my parents as a Christmas present in America I live in England They were NOT RECEIVED I contacted the florist on December 26th for an explainstion as to why my order was not delivered ? Lady took my details down and said she would contact me Over two hours later I rang from England AGAIN as I had not been contacted to be told (with NO APOLOGY I MIGHT ADD ) that because they didn’t have the arrangement that I had ordered DIRECT ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY DID NOTPROCESS MY ORDER ?? Apparently they left 2 voice mails on my landline Made NO effort to email or contact me on my mobile ???? Shocking at Christmas time too ? I will NEVER Be using this company again !!

Very disappointed in overall appearance of peace lily plants for friend's funeral. Dead spots were not trimmed, at least two big leaves were broken in half due to transportation problem evidently. Sparse moss with a meager two small carnations offsetting a drab yellow ribbon that was supposed to be a beautiful large pink one.

Placed an order through their main website, called the next day to verify that flowers were being delivered. They had no information about any order, which was fine, I understand things happen and information gets lost, but upon trying to resolve the issue I was yelled at, spoken to extremely rudely, and hung up on. The entire experience has been terrible, amplified by the rude and unprofessional staff. I very much regret ordering through Mt. Washington Florist

I think I have found my forever florist!!!! I called them for a same day delivery and explained what I wanted and that it was for my mom's 82nd birthday. Well let me tell you, I could not have been more pleased with what they delivered!!! The flowers were beautiful and the price was great too. I will certainly be using them again

Used for wedding flowers. I was initially very excited as they quoted me half the other florists and were very nice. But when we went to pick up our order, it was not finished and they had "lost my number" to verify the order earlier that week. I'd made some changes to my order in person, in the store, previously, but all of these seemed to be lost. While the flowers turned out very pretty, they were not what we'd discussed. They do great work, I just recommend following up on your own multiple times if you have something specific in mind.

Ordered my mother an arrangement for mother’s day via their website. The arrangement that was delivered to my mom looked nothing like the one I bought online and I was very disappointed to say the least. Not to mention, they put a large bow in the center to make the arrangement look “fuller” as it clearly lacked in size. I paid for the larger arrangement but recieved a small one. When I called to let them know on Mother’s Day, they were very unprofessional and rude. However, they offered me a full refund. It’s been well over a month and I still haven’t received my refund. I will not be ordering from them again. I will have to keep calling to get my refund or have my mom go in person since I live out of state. This is unfortunate, as I have ordered from them before and the experience was much better. Also, my mother lives close by and I had hoped to find a go-to florist for her as well.

I made a call to this florist not knowing the address to where my daughter worked just the name. Person I spoke to was SO helpful. Gave me some suggestions when I told her what was needed. Flowers were delivered quickly and were AMAZING. So much more that I had hoped for. I'm very grateful to this wonderful business and staff.
